Hard evidence of epidemic in Mexico ignored by CDC and WHO, despite web-based virology surveillance

I found this article interesting and relevant to the discussion of the Pandemic.

Why did CDC and WHO ignore reports about the local epidemic in Mexico at the end of March- and in so doing, did they allow the Pandemic to occur?

In this age of information we ought to have better responses to the data gathered and reported to the agencies responsible for protecting public health- espescially as the data were submitted by accomplished virologists.

Either the agencies desired an epidemic-turned Pandemic, or they were ignorant, beaurocratic fools who are responsible for the potential illnessess and deaths of millions of people.
