I was going to say Steven Spielberg Go to that site and check out all the movies he has been involved in,and you say he isn't a living legend.

Aren't legends supposed to be larger then life, have unprecidented achievements. Generally known for good unless a word like evil is included in their name(Dr. Evil). Known the world over and have a certain amount of longevity attached to their occupation/or reason for being a legend. Their infamy should cross cultures, countries and professions.

Too much controversy surrounding Jackson to consider him a legend. Maybe in the same way OJ Simpson is a 'legend.' More of a tragic figure, IMO.
