OK I made a list of 5 living legends. Now Jackson is dead 4 remain. This is my opinion, not a fact an opinion

Muhamid Ali
Pele
Nelson Mandela
Fidel Castro

What these people have in common is they are known by everyone around the world not just in one country. Feel free to add a legend, but remember they must be known globally and have respect globally.

My fellow country man Manny Pacquiao

Truthfully speaking though, legends aren't necessarily world-famous, rich, and men and women of power. To me, legends are those whose passions in life is to help another against all odds, one who elevates others above him/herself

hm.. I believe Clint Eastwood deems worthy enough to be on that list
The man has been making badass films for over 40 years and still is

other than that I cant think of many...if were counting popularity on a global scale...
And as far as music goes...theres not too many...sure The Stones have been around for forever and Bob Dylan though im not sure how theyd compare to the likes of ichael Jackson or any of the other greats
and this is coming from a guitarists perspective

A living legend???

George Bush Grand son of Prescott bush and an agenda over 80 years in the making. It started in Germany and when they knew the war was lost the infiltrated the USA for round 2.

My heroic legend?

Stan "THE MAN" Lee.

If he wasn't so busy saving the world from the likes of Galactis he would of stoped the Bush cabal long ago.
