Ok, what is going on with schools in this country? I have made threads and posted on threads regarding the messed up things schools do to their students, but a strip search on a 13 year old girl for Ibprofen? You have got to be kidding me! I can't even believe that anyone was even considering the principal that ordered this had done the right thing because she broke the rules! I could understand if it was crack, heroine or whatever, but Ibprofen? I'm glad that the court said what they had done was illegal. What gets me is, is even though she was stripped searched by the school nurse, why weren't her parents present or consent to this? Also, I always thought that the police had rights to perform strip searches, since when are schools allowed to do this? This makes me sick to my stomach. I understand that rules need to be enforced but this goes way over the line.
