Ohh no, they just coined the term really. I think that if those people are actually proven to have carried out a terrorist attack, then that label
George and Cheney made the word a household thing, making people afraid of people that weren't "white" all together. Even blacks are now being
reported as "terrorists" by racist neighboors.
I just think the word ammounts to the same that "commie" did during the Cold War. They just needed a general term to lump in all the people who
didnt' agree with them. This time it just happened to be "terrorist".
Even Obama has been moving away from the term and replacing it with "Violent Extremism" which in my opinion is a much better descriptions.
