Do you means this base?

Microsoft's hiding of "sensitive" subjects is less intrusive than Google's, too bad most of the photos are less good.

There were reports that there is an entrance in to the dulce base built in to the mountains, but from what I have read the area is tightly controlled by heaps of security.

Where did you get that idea? I've never heard anyone who's actually been to Dulce speak about any sort of security force or military presence. In a town that small, there would be signs of it - vehicles, personel, etc. doing very mundane things like shopping for groceries. There's none of that in Dulce.

You have to remember that this is a small town that's in the middle of nowhere and such a military presence would be readily noticed. They literally would have no place else to go for miles and miles.

The Full Dulce Book by Branton

Also this

In 1969, the base was built northwest of Dulce in joint agreement between CIA and aliens from space. The base is allegedly located on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. The entrance is on Mount Archuleta (or Archuleta Mesa). The base gets water and electricity from the Navajo River, and dumps waste water back into the same river. The U.S. government occupies the upper levels of the underground base, while the aliens control the lower levels.

Vibrations from the ground near the town of Dulce have caused speculations of an underground facility, however, these are perhaps minor earthquakes which are known to occur in the area. Military helicopters have also been said to be "unusually milling" around the deserted area.

There is a claim that the area was partially scanned with ground-penetrating radar, producing 'interesting' results, but these results are not currently available.

No disrespect Zorgon, but there's a big difference between reading and seeing.

I've read many a tale on the net regarding what goes on there. Rumors have a way of growing in stature in proportion to the audience. There are some pretty wild claims.

I can only tell you what I've seen from actually going there. Decent little town with great scenery. Not much of anything going on but the casino. Never once saw anything military or security-like.

I have no need to ever go back there because I've checked it off my list, kinda like going to Roswell.

I guess the whole thing comes down to whomever you want to believe

For me, seeing is believing.

No taken... you may in fact be right...

But I am still looking..

So there is no military outpost within a 100 mile radius of Dulce?

The problem is that the name of a town and the name of a base do not always mean they are in the same location

Kirtland New Mexico is near Farmington
+36° 45' 43.05", -108° 21' 41.56"

But Kirtland AFB New Mexico is near Albuquerque
+35° 2' 38.82", -106° 35' 32.34"

Hi Spartacus!
I am very impressed with this post. I am a skeptic but some of the links posted here are amazing to me.

I have no idea what the latest images posted by Zorgon are but I really don't think they are occupied houses in regular streets... You say the place has street names... all I see is J8 nothing else.

Whilst it is not a base or gated... it is clearly not a housing estate.

My thought is that this is either an abandoned town or the site of previous activity. If this was a housing estate in use you would definitely see cars etc in the closest satellite views.

Also people typically live on named streets, and the only one I see is J8

I am much more impressed with the pictures of the laser sites - these are amazing to me...

More please Zorgon.

There are many strange things on this planet Earth and Google takes us to them...

This one is called
The Trestle Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator

What it does is zap an airplane with EMP equivalent to atomic bomb blasts, to see if their electrical system will survive

+35° 1' 48.32", -106° 33' 27.83"

This one is called the "Stove"

Solar Array The Military is certainly not shy about using solar energy while we here at ATS argue and bicker about Free energy

+34° 57' 48.66", -106° 30' 34.32"

There is a bigger one at Nellis AFB in Nevada but Google has not displayed that yet

Want some just for fun?

Buran Russian Space Shuttle

Buran OK-ML-1 Baikonur Cosmodrome
+45° 55' 10.15", +63° 18' 35.99"

Buran OK-GLI - Al Juffayr', Bahrain (in pieces on the dock)
+26° 11' 54.13", +50° 36' 8.74"

Space Shuttle 1.01 = Buran (Snowstorm/Blizzard)
Crushed in Hanger Collapse - Baikonur Cosmodrome
+45° 55' 40.12", +63° 17' 52.06"

Buran OK-TVA - Gorki Park, Moscow
+55° 43' 43.39", +37° 35' 46.95"

"Ptichka" and another one are in storage in a hanger

It says that the Dulce base dumps their wastewater back into the river. I wonder what kind of (chemical?) wastes are in the water and if they could be found if testing the water in a lab? Anyone know if that's ever been tried?

Hey Zorgon,

Also if you go here, just NW of Woomera you will see about 11 or 12 markings on the ground that look like the dials of a clock set at different times of the day. You have to zoom in to about 1klm to see them I was at half a K
30 53 19.43 S 136 26 6.69 E just copy and paste into google guys.
