I am trying to find information on how the US got involved in Vietnam for its natural resources and strategic milirary importance (navel bases) for my term paper. Can you help me to find these informations? on the web, books, anything is fine. Thank you

One I would recommend is Richard Nixon's book entitled: No More Vietnams
