thanks watchdog. get tired of the spin of the media as if this was real.

You are partially correct. The US funded the Afghan Resistance that fought the Soviet Union. Many of those in the resistance force, including OBL, later founded AQ.

They are, however, a real organization and not, as some claim, a puppet group for the US or NWO.

That said, the current incarnation of AQ is severely weakened from what is was on 9/11/01. They had lost their Command and Control capabilities until it was re-established in the mountains of Pakistan a couple of years ago. Still, their ability to communicate with field ops and cells is still hindered.

What they seem left with at this point is mostly talk. They have begun taking credit for acts that were likely not of their doing and making wild claims like the one outlined in the OP.

They don't currently have access to Pakistan's Nuclear weapon cache so this threat is empty. It is of critical importance that they never gain that access.

Thanks for trying to bring some reality back to this thread.

What if it is just as reported? That al-qaeda is saying exactly what they would do if they gained possession of a nuke?

Maybe we should be telling Pakistan, Iran, North Korea, etc. that we will hold them all responsible if a nuclear weapon is ever detonated here.

You think we are going to give our intelligence information to a third world government! If the Afghans wanted to try Bin Laden why didn't they? why didn't they even catch him if they could? You prove nothing...

But Pakistan has not demonstrated the ability to launch satellites. They have built satellites and Pakistani satellites have been launched into space, but they had to have Russia and China do it for them.

Yeah I was going to remind folks that TPTB are doing it once again trying to play the terror card. Phils got it right cause about 6 years ago a report came out of NSA that stated the so called Al-qeada PROGRAM was in effect. Al-queada was a program designed by the DoD, back in the 80's. I remember it when I took ADA/COBOL. Its a program not a group of individuals. I always get a good laugh when some TV reporter or gov't official spew out the world Al-qeada as being the culprit. They haven't a clue what there talking about. If you can find a copy of the hackers Red book written back in 1982. You will find what I'm talking about under computer languages and programs.

One more way our tax dollars are used for the betterment of mankind.
Welcome to the real world and the Military industrial complex.
We now return you to your regular mind control program...

NBC News reported in May 2002 that a formal National Security Presidential Directive submitted two days before September 11, 2001 had outlined essentially the same war plan that the White House, the CIA and the Pentagon put into action after the Sept. 11 attacks. The plan dealt with all aspects of a war against al-Qaida, ranging from diplomatic initiatives to military operations in Afghanistan, including outlines to persuade Afghanistan’s Taliban government to turn al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden over to the United States, with provisions to use military force if it refused.

USA dealing with the Taliban? Not gonna happen. I'm glad there was a plan in place to deal with them before Sept 11.

According to a 2004 report by the bipartisan commission of inquiry into 9/11, on the very next day, one day before the September 11, 2001 attacks, the Bush administration agreed on a plan to oust the Taliban regime in Afghanistan by force if it refused to hand over Osama bin Laden.

Good for G.W. He did something right...

On October 7, 2001, before the onset of military hostilities, the Taliban did offer to try bin Laden in Afghanistan in an Islamic court.[37] This offer was rejected by the U.S., and the bombing of targets within Afghanistan by U.S. and British forces commenced the same day.

What did OBL do to the Islamic people? Then why bring him to an Islamic court? Bring him here!

October 14, 2001, seven days into the U.S./British bombing campaign, the Taliban offered to surrender Osama bin Laden to a third country for trial, if the bombing halted and they were shown evidence of his involvement in the September 11 terrorist attacks. This offer was also rejected by U.S. President Bush, who declared "There's no need to discuss innocence or guilt. We know he's guilty."

Why to a third country? The Taliban were trying to negotiate with US...The U.S. doesn't negotiate with terrorist! If Bush had intelligence that OBL was responsible, then power to him.

Blame America! Blame America! Everything is their fault! Grow up and live in the real world...

what muppets are giving you stars?

You are so blinkered its not true!

Bush jnr was a draft dodging fake jesus freak who couldnt even handle his drink let alone his country.

I posted a link showing the Taliban were willing to deal with Bin Laden if america showed the proof, and you do the 3rd world country bit!Bravo

Bin Laden had nothing to do with 9/11,your country has charged someone else for that crime

You just put your finger in your ears and bleat out bla bla bla

The Afganistan war and the Iraq war are bogus

9/11 should have been treated as a criminal matter and handled by the police. If you realy think that you had the right to bomb those countries into the stone age for that then Its just a real shame my country didnt level your landscape flat after all the money you gave the IRA

You and your kind are the reason so many dislike the USA these days

And for the record Im English sunshine and I dont envy your country in the slightest

So, when people from another country come to the U.S., blow up some buildings and kill 3000+ people it is a criminal matter? Maybe your ungrateful country would treat it that way but here in the U.S. we hunt them down and kill them, so they can't do it again. You would do what? Put them in county for 30 days? ROFL...

You can't even overthrow your dictatorship government. It's quite official now that Americans loss their backbone and are cowards. Nobody's afraid of you, even little North Korea is pushing you around. Pathetic. Get a backbone and do what you say.

When it comes to 911, theres a lot of evidence out there that can be pointed towards our own govt, and at the same time, there is absolutely NO HARD eveidence just yet that ACTUALLY proves that it is done VIA Govt.

Look people, it's real simple. Demand a REAL investigation!!

Despite there is a significant amount of physical evidence to justify a real investigation, that request is being denied. This fact alone is telling you which direction is the righteous path to the truth. But what else is being denied is the fact that all the physical evidence of the entire 911 crime scene was ordered disposed of, or destroyed. That decision came from somebody, somewhere? Destruction of evidence to a crime has been a determining factor in American courts. It is logically seen as an admission of guilt, or at least an obstruction of justice.

Under US Code, Title 18, § 1519:

“Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.”

Below is US military protocol relating to evidence handling.

www.globalsecurity.org...

PHYSICAL EVIDENCE Collecting and evaluating physical evidence is an important technical part of any investigation. Physical evidence is one of the most valuable investigative assets. It produces leads to pursue to help bring the investigation to an end. And physical evidence can help establish the guilt or innocence of an accused person in a court of law. For example, as a general rule, a person cannot be convicted on the basis of an uncorroborated confession. There must be independent evidence, either direct or circumstantial, that raises an inference of the truth of the essential facts admitted in the accused's statements.

Physical evidence can be that necessary independent evidence. And, while the rule requiring independent corroborating evidence does not apply to a confession made by an accused to the court during his trial, nor to statements made before or at the time the act was being committed, having physical evidence to substantiate such a confession or admission of guilt is desirable.

One of the main duties of an investigator is to ensure that the evidence obtained is admissible in court. Investigators must be careful to seize, collect, and accept receipt of evidence in a legal manner. They know they must be able to identify each piece of evidence weeks, months, or even years after it was collected. They must be able to describe the crime scene and where each piece of evidence was located at the scene. They must be able to explain any change in the evidence that has occurred since it was collected. And they must be able to prove that the evidence remained in proper custody from the time it was collected until it is presented in court.

The final result in bringing a successful investigation to a close is often the investigator's testimony in the courtroom. When preparing for trial, investigators coordinate with the trial counsel so there are no surprises in court. They develop a close working liaison with the trial counsel. They do not conceal information from the court. They know the accused has the right to a fair trial regardless of opinion. Investigators are professional in every way.

Whatever you choose to believe about 911, there's no logic in protesting an actual investigation. The simple facts I've stated cannot be denounced as trivial. This is a fraction of ever compiling evidence supporting investigation. What realistic support can be considered to deny it? I have heard nothing of substance to reason that. All I hear is "Prove it was the government?" or "They could never pull it off!". These are not substantial rebuttals. Not even close.

Peace.

I wouldn't say the North Koreans are pushing anyone around apart from their own people. All wars are from breakdown of diplomacy, but are just coming to the final breakdown of diplomacy now with N.Korea.

Every war has the calm before the storm. You can't expect the US just to go in all guns blazing, even Bush built up the rhetoric before going into Iraq.

Yea Al qaeda just another delusional bunch of terrorists, just like the Iranian islamic regime, and kim jong-il. Only terrorists with any clout are the Russian Kremlin.

i think alot of countries have corruption in them, some more than others. you judge usa bad. name one country nation or whatever that does not have one corrupt person. you throw the 1st stone. those who throw the 1st stone beware of others who cast stones also. Greed is the enemy, power is the enemy, not the nations. fight the gluttonous pig at all costs. cut it and cast it out and throw it in the bowels of hell where it came from. these people may they rot in hell for stealling from the peoples and making them poor and hungry. you all know who you are, your time is near. they are all waiting for u. so call the police when you hear a bump in the night for what you hear is closer than u think and ready to

It will probably happen eventually. Every tin pan third world country will get nukes one day. Most of them want to use them on the US since we are universally hated. They hate us because they think we are a christian nation.

The US is actually a godless nation teetering on the edge of major judgment from God. Nukes may be a part of that. It is the natural progression of the dissolute leftist to destroy himself and those around him unfortunately. That's what happens when post christian secularists, and the debased attempt to enforce their socialist utopia on the rest of us.

It's only a matter of time before God finally has to take action.

Other than that I have no opinions on the subject.

Fred Phelps? Is that you? Haha. You sound just like the guy. Look him up, if you don't know who I'm talking about. I don't know why I'm laughing though, it's not really all that funny that *anybody* would sound as delusional and extremist as that nutter.

So are you suggesting that Al-Qaeda nukes will be a part of God's judgment? Because I don't think an all-powerful sky fairy needs human beings to bring down the fire. Doesn't add up.

Nahh my friend,we either arrest them or use the SAS to make them vanish

I dont buy this we dont talk to terrorist rubbish at all,my goverment are saying this about Iraq now where a few of our boys have been taken(two of their bodies have just been turned in to the Iraqi goverment)

The thing is we talked to the IRA,and its a good thing we did!The Ireland situation is a lot better, its not perfect but its a million times better than during the bloodshed days prior to Major and Blair actualy doing something

You should have used your SF to track down these people and ghost them, its as simple as that.Your boys are just as good as ours,I am certain they could and more than that would have been willing to be dropped off in other countries for snatch missions or executions on the spot

BY doing this alone rather than rolling out the huge war machines, world opinion of both our countries would be a lot better. What we have done by doing this is to boost the ranks of the fanatical anti west brigade throughout the middle eastern area,as its so easy for them to recruit now while muslim blood is being spilled on islams soil

your are dead right in saying someone had to pay for the horror of the twin towers,I just dont buy the tactic we used as its clearly not working

Hopefully the anti west fanatics will not get their hands on nukes,or bio weapons

BTW if your going to ask why dont we send our SAS in too get our boys back from Iraq, then the reason is we have-but with big anti British feelings in that country due to the war its very hard getting good info from the locals. If there had never been a war, then a fair few of the decent Iraqi population would have told us where they are being held.

It would have been the same after 9/11,I am sure that many people who knew where those plotters were would have turned them in if their country hadnt have been ravaged by our dogs of war. Most of the world stood shoulder to shoulder with you after the towers, and they would still be there if we had not have messed up with both of these wars

This a very inaccurate and perverse view of the world. First of all, the US has made terrible foreign policy decisions, especially over the past 8 years but it is simply not true that they are hated around the world. It is easy to forget the foreign aid the US provides as well as military protection for nations who don't have the resources to build an adequate defense force.

As for the God-based nonsense, unless you are, in fact, God, I don't think you are in a position to speak for Him.

Other than that I agree with your post
