I forgot a few others

9) He is creating Czars who are appointed to him and not subject to oversite by Congress.
10) Using executive orders to circumvent laws.
11) Moving the census to direct control of the President
12) Involving ACORN in the census.

How about promising change, but then to only enslave us more to the banker cartels?

Seriously, give the guy a break!

I am a Candaian, and the whole North American Union was the biggest blow to my pride ever because of not wanting to be associated with the Bush mess...

Now that Barak is here, I feel proud again.....like Canda being attatched to our American Neighbours and family is something I can be proud of now, instead of sad and ashamed when it was Bush...

There is a right way and a wrong way to do things. Sometimes how you do it is just as important as what you do. I'll give you an example from Canada.

When Gay marraige was passed it wasn't done originally by a change of the laws it was done by the Supreme court deciding that the constitution should have included it. You can't claim that the writers of that document didn't know about same sex marraige since it dates to the early 1990's. If Jean Createn had wanted to pass it he should have had an open vote in Parliament, he knew it wouldn't pass so he had it done through the supreme court. The Supreme court is not allowed to make laws or change laws. Because of the way it was passed the Canadian system was broken and now others can use the courts to legislate, which is very dangerous.

Personally I see nothing wrong with Same sex relationships/marraige, but they should have had a real vote and passed it and been done with it. Instead they broke the system to ensure it passed; to be honest I suspect that Jean Createn used such a politically charged topic just so he could break the system on purpose. That way anyone who opposed the method was a homophobe.

Do you think what he's doing is new? Did executive orders start under Obama? Hrm, Nope. That's been going on for a while.

Under Bush, the United States officially became a dictatorship -- although nobody seems to care or take notice.

Easier for Shills like Limbaugh to hype phony issues like gay marriage while calling Obama a socialist. The idiot public eats that up, and ignores the real news.

Too bad the American public is incapable of having a critical thought -- they might notice the overwhelming similarities between candidates, and understand that there isn't really a choice when you walk into the voting booth.

I suppose all of the people who now want us to give Obama a break were happy to give any little break or even a little bit of respect to President Bush - NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!

I will give YOUR president the same respect you gave mine. None at all. I hope Obama not only fails miserably but I hope he doesn't finish his FIRST term. Any way he leaves office is fine with me.

They're both the same person. Obama has a better tan.

You are being had. Fooled. Tricked.
Not uncommon for an American.

1. NEVER let the President of the United States slide on anything...ever. He is supposed to uphold the Consitution which all Presidents are sworn to do. If he does not, then he should be scorned period.

2. His recent decision to give the Federal Reserve MORE POWER, an institution that cannot account for 9 TRILLION dollars...that has funneled billions of dollars out of the country....that has crushed the value of the dollar the last 3 decades....that has ZERO transparency, is preposterous in itself. This should raise red flags for everyone about Obama.

3. Look beyond the ego of your vote and CRITICIZE.

Fine. What is Obama doing right? Do you like the way this country is going? Do you want more government control in every aspect of your life? What do you think of the constitution? Why is Obama so dang special to you?

I can not be LIEVE that no one has mentioned, that he is an illegal alien! We are not going to let up or back off until he is removed. If he is still alive after his prison term, he will be deported. Afghanistan seems to like him...It will be years before we can clean up the mess after he is removed. Everything he says or does as President will be declared null and void. But what a magnificent scam! Boy, he really pulled one on ole whitey!

Actually the only thing propping the dollar up is the fact that foreigners, specifically china, buy a huge chunk of our debt. If china were to stop buying all our debt, the Chinese economy would crumble, the dollar would drop in value, and America would no longer have a trade deficit.

Or to put it another way: Selling debt to china GOOD. Not selling debt to foreign governments BAD.

That is true...

One thing everyone fails to see is, that the world has still in NO WAY recovered from world war 1 and 2....

We need to get off the teet of dependancy of governments and business and take the reins back in our own lives...

Before these wars, people all grew there own food, and money was just for stupid things like booze and materialism....

Now everyone is backed into a corner through years of over taxation, rediculously low wages, and interest on bank loans etc...

ALL of it wrong and corrupt...

Mind you, there is not much we can do about it except through less and less participation in it...

if we stop buying up usless trinkets and the latest fashions and Big screen TV's and video games, and stop being so friggin INDULGED in materialism, and get back to basics like growing our own food, getting into free energy and getting less and less dependant on government and corporations, then THEY will be the ones paying the price more and more instead of YOU!!!!

Get your independance back, as a collective, and you will be more and more free of the corporate crap that is running our lives...

If we treat the government like a parent, by being so dependant on them and what they do, then like any good parent, don't you think it is good to get us out from under their wing and standing on our own two feet finally???

A classic case of people voting for a candidate without paying attention to his record. All politicians make promises, few keep them. If the folks that voted for him would have looked at what he had done or had not done, they would have been more informed.

Although I am not at all racist, I will pass on this experience. I was in the Wally world parking lot and saw a woman with a tshirt that said "Barack Rocks"....Being a self confident individual (and a concealed weapon permit holder), I asked her, 'today, does he still rock?"...she said, "hell yeah"......I then asked her, 'why did you vote for him?"...

She said, "because he is black"...............that's how he was elected......that's how this country will be set back 60 years in 4 years.....

I voted for Nader, because I care about the direction this country is going. Too bad I was in the minority.

Nader was a great candidate. So was Ron Paul (too bad didn't get the nomination), so was Kuccinich (no nomination either).

Our lovely corporate media always made them look like kooks, and the idiotic public ate that up.

So we're stuck with people like Obama/Bush, who really aren't all that different.

Why should anyone give Obama a break?

He ran for president, if he wants credit for it he has to be a good one first.

Did he inherit a bad economy, horrendous debt and two illegal wars from the Bush admin? Yes.

Did he add to those problems by increasing spending, refusing to repeal the patriot acts and mitigating troop levels while failing to pull out from our colonial occupations? Yes.

As of right now Obama has a lot of work cut out for him if he wants to be lauded as a great president. So far, he's really only made our problems worse. Obama's first six months were his time to shine. He should have managed to undo at least some of the damage done by the Bush admin, yet he seems to be bent on continuing the destruction of our freedoms and our economy.

Tha IS true, but when put under pressure we pretty much ALL are the same to an extent...

When in survival mode, we all panic and make self centered and erronus choices...

That is why I am saying we have to leave less and less up to the big boys, and get back on track more in our individual thinking....

See, your argument is solid too, but it is just going to be forever a diffeerent face on the same problems if we don't start taking government out of the picture more and more, and empowering ourselves instead.
