Yes, watched the whole thing and followed it exactly step by step. In the video however when he goes to my pictures it goes directly to that section. When I go to my pictures it sends me to a login screen. Here I try to login using ATS username and password and when I do that it sends me to that error page I was previously talking about.

Reset your password in ATS and try again. That's what I had to not once but twice it works fine now.

exactly!!! The most important part and part were having trouble with has been not mentioned at all in the video. Appreciate the help so far guys, hopefully we will be able to solve this.

Okay, I don't have an answer as to why you guys are having problems logging on to M@ATS. I do know a couple of other members have this problem. I have to assume that the problem is on the user's end otherwise the majority of members would have the same problem.

Make sure you are logged on ATS on an ATS pageNOT a BTS page like this one.

I reset my password and when I go to my pictures it still gives me login page and when I login, it still sends me to error page.

Sauron, I have noticed a few members having this issue. It seems to be related to password changes. Those who never changed the automatically generated password seem to be fine. For some reason those who've changed it seem to be having issues. Like slayer noted, changing it until one takes seems to be the only way to resolve it.

Same problem here. A couple nights ago, my sis and I both tried to upload our avatars... we tried everything that has been suggested here, but it just wouldn't work. We got the error page every single time. Thanks for bringing this up! Hopefully someone will come along and solve the problem!

I think I figured the problem for that maybe. You might be getting that because you have not signed up for a media account. The problem with this though is right now signups for it are disabled, so I do not know how one would get around this.
