Hi Guys,

Decided to try and sort an avatar out today but whenever i try and login I just get a database error this is the error :

Could not connect to database!


SQL error:
SQL error code: 0
Date: Saturday 20th 2009f June 2009 05:09:37 PM

Now I can login to BTS and ATS fine but not Media for some reason, which is really annoying because apparently i need to do that to upload my avatar.

Can anyone help with this?

Ok first lets just make sure you are logging in rather that registering?

Also try removing cookies ect,

I have a continuing problem of getting logged out,(not by me) and having to retrieve a password.My problem was different than yours however,to get logged back to ATS I had to type in the password,although at ATS Media I only needed to copy and paste,I only found it out when I was logged into ATS Media okay,(copy and paste) but could not get into ATS itself by doing the same copy and paste thing,I had to type in.
I have been logged out three times so far,and the only thing I can think of is that the mouse pointer has passed over a Java ad usually on the top right of the forum screen.
Try typing in the password at ATS Media itself,the reverse of what I had to do.

This might help: Change your ATS password (on ATS). Then log in to ATS, BTS and Media@Abovetopsecret with your ATS username and your new password. Hope it helps.

OKay I did that thing regards to cookies and no joy. Im fairly certain I am trying to login rather than register. Its ask for User/Pass on left of screen?
I dont need to register seperately on ATS Media do I?

ON a side note I always type my password, I will try changing password again when i get home from work and see what happens as well. Will let you guys know.

I had this same problem, I tried everything finally AshleyD had to U2U the site administrator to reset all of it from his level.Djarums helped me out!

I'm currently having a similar problem.

I can log into ATS, but not BTS.

Just to confirm, am I able to use the same user name & password for both ATS & BTS?

I would have thought so.

Can someone confirm that?

I'm logged in here on ATS, but I cannot log into BTS using the same UN & PW.

K I tried the changing password thing but no joy, How do I go about U2U Site admin?

Sorry if a noob question im still getting to grips with how the forums works and stuff. What is a U2U also?

I was trying to look at that BTS thread wherein people are explaining their avatars.

But if I can't log in, I can't see the avatars.

So I guess I also need to U2U the admin staff.

So, how do I do that?

I am not sure about this U2U either but hopefully some of members will be along at some point to point us in the direction. If i get round my problem though ill post here anyway to say thanks and to help you with your problem too.

OK - I changed my PW & I was able to log into ATS & BTS without a problem.
