Figured it would be posted already, I searched but found nothing, guess I didn't look hard enough.

It is NOT a smoke-ring. That scenario were debunked by several members in the other thread, proven that the ring is too perfect to be a smoke-ring, that normaly are of a "woobly" nature. Also, the ring "disappeared" and appeared repeatedly, while a smoke-ring would only disappear.

Some suggested it was a craft using cloaking-technology.

But I still reckon it couldn't be a smoke ring, it's way too defined and doesn't shuift in any way. But as to what it really is...no idea.

I like the way the CNN newsroom looks sort of like the inside of a saucer though!

Looks as though you have a UFO going behind the clouds at 1.24 on the video, look between the ring and the clouds on the right,
I don't think it's a lens flare it goes behind the clouds.

I looked at it....hate to say it because I do believe strange stuff goes on in the sky...but at 1:24 looks like lense flare or refraction as the camera zooms in...

I am disappointed too....truly.

now that you say that.

i can see the "double flare" which happens when the refraction is happening at different times because its reflecting through multiple lenses.

one dot races by (fainter) than the main dot. def lens flare on closer inspection.

still ... good eye. i didnt think anyone ever really paid attention to me
