State citizenship

I am interested in becoming sovereign and am not sure where to start. Who do i need to contact and talk to about this. Can any of you help on this. I guess i am wanting to find a state citizen that could help me get started hopefully there still are some left.

There are some people on ATS that are up on this. There has been mention on several thread, if I can find something I will u2u ya.
