I could list a few different examples of instances in life where people seem to be glaring examples of this......the "attitudes they take toward things" .....the beliefs they hold....either by chance.....or thru determination....or thru......hardship

Happiness is a choice. That's all it is.

Your life is a reflection of your perspective on it. If you go around seeing things as being terrible, they inherently will be.

It's up to you, whether your happy or not.
