The Independent Police Complaints Commission has announced it is launching a formal investigation into the arrest of a man in Nottingham who was shot with a taser stun gun three times.
Sky News obtained footage of the dramatic arrest on Monday after it was filmed by a member of the public.
It shows officers wrestling with the man on the ground. He was tasered three times. At one point, an officer is seen punching him several times on the upper body.
