You are overlooking one very important issue, well, a couple of them actually. The NWO has, at their disposal, The UN troops, all the NATO troops, and the vatican, which is said to have the largest military, next to china, and compile these factors that there are foreign troops hidden all over the usa, ready to strike when given the go ahead by the elite.
