Truth is the ideas aren't that clearly defined as to what a sociopath or psychopath is and in part are defined by social standards that are genuinely vague in terms of how 'evil' you might be.

I think that if anyone who took this test was bothered by their sociopathological tendencies, they probably aren't a sociopath. The problem with genuinely dangerous sociopaths and psychopaths is that they are usually deceitful to a point of being undetectable and they don't feel remorse. It's part of the pathology.

Which means, in short, pay attention to your instincts. But it really is tough living in such paranoid and suspicious times, within a culture of fear.

Eh, its not a big deal. I just get tired of seeing so many of these tests, thats all.
Heck, the one which led me to the forementioned tests was the "Are You A Potato? Test"
I mean, it decided that I was obviously not a potato, but still...and the sad part was, its questions were more valid than those of most tests.

12% -- It states that a I am not a sociopath but can spot one pretty easily. Yup -- all of those posters before me! LOL

Very cool post and test. Not too worried about the results because I know me, but also was not that surprised by the result either lol. Just glad I was not the one with the highest %.

Just kidding, but on a serious not though, it is interesting to see where everybody falls. Mind you I think the test is a little biased and somewhat poorly written since most of the boxes include things you would do that are bad.

I wonder how honest people are in these sorts of things?

Hi, I am new here but been lurking for awhile. Thank you for posting the test. I am afraid that I might be dealing with a psychopath myself right now and am scared to death. I have read thru most of the threads on psychopaths here on ATS to try to get myself some info. The person who is bothering me seems to fit each question to a T. Very frightening. Thanks again for the info!

72% on the test, and I'm a INTJ. Lets celebrate and watch some episodes of Dexter.

I scored 44% and got the exact same message.
The only thing wrong in that is that other peoples opinions matter to me and i'm not antisocial in a way that it is a problem to others (except maybe loud music occasionally)
Also how can you take this test for someone else and get an accurate result?
If they are secretive your only going by what they want you to know about them.

Me, too except I got 32 %.

However, I answered for another person whom I have been dealing with for two many years. She got 88% It said she could make Hannibal Lechter her B****.
