Lawyer: Oklahoma trooper not an 'ogre' for choking medic

I notice that his lawyer said he had every right to pull over the ambulance. That does not mean he had every right to choke the guy or cause such a confrontation. Also, if the trooper was running "hot" then it couldn't have been that important or he would have kept on going, finger or no finger. The guy needs to be fired, the local district attorney needs to be fired. These jerks work for us. I hope the patient in the back sues the crap out of the county...
