From what I understand, he isn't forcing anyone under his new health plan, he is just creating a new health insurance for all of those that are
currently uninsured. All of you who already do have health insurance, or who have lots of money that you enjoy spending on excessive health care, will
still be able to do so. The only thing that will change is that those who do not have access will now have access. I believe this to be a good thing,
I would rather have our tax dollars spent on helping American citizens, rather than on wars or bailouts.

I strongly dislike this President.
What do you call a Government that rules over its people with constant fear?
Are Americans feeling the oppression yet? Are us Americans aware that the direction this Administration is deliberately taking us only makes sense if
our Government and our media is already controlled by foreign powers from within?
The ignorance of the masses that "elected" this SOCIALIST disguised as a "Democrat" is changing America alright,
but for me all hope is gone!
This President does nothing but tell us that if we don't do things his way, "disaster" awaits. I have heard more fear-mongering from Obama in the
short time he's been President than ALL of George W. Bush's eight years!

The private sector insurance companies will not be able to compete finanacially with the Trillions needed to carry on Obamas socialized health care
plan they will eventually go out of business.
Somebody has to pay for all of this socialized healthcare this is bad timing when things are going to hell and a hand basket.
By being born or coming to her shores in America we were guaranteed a job, healthcare, and all the money we would ever need. Wrong wrong wrong.
Somebody has to pay for this Utopian mind set. People have to work for these things or come up with ideas, products, services needed along with new
inventions to create wealth and money. The Government is not the answer as we all are finding out.
Step right up folks buy your Government Motors vehicle you have a choice of 4 designs and 2 colors black and white. The new Government radical design
will be everyone driving around in a giant airbag with 4 wheels.

The big difference is we will be taxed for our private insurance, our employers will be taxed for providing it to us, making it so unfeasable for any
of us to have private insurance that we will HAVE to go to the Obama plan.

The CNN article failed to mention the BOOs that Obama received from his audience at the AMA meeting.
Barack Obama isn't used to hearing boos.
For all the young president's popularity, the response he got Monday from doctors at an American Medical Association meeting was a sign his road is
only going to get rockier as he tries to sell his plan to overhaul the nation's health care system.
The boos erupted when Obama told the doctors in Chicago he wouldn't try to help them win their top legislative priority—limits on jury damages in
medical malpractice cases.
But what could they expect? If Obama announced support for malpractice limits, that would set trial lawyers and unions—major supporters of
Democratic candidates—on the attack. Not to mention consumer groups.
www.breitbart.com...
Who is Obama looking out for? Not us! Not the Doctors! Hey, Obama is a lawyer. I bet he is looking out for them.
With no limit on jury rewards doctors are forced to pay skyrocketing fees for malpractice insurance. To prevent a lawsuit, doctors are now ordering
extra tests and consultations above and beyond the norm. This drives up the total cost that the insurance companies and the consumers ultimately
pay.
Let's reform our judicial system, put a lock on trial lawyers and take the time to properly address the health care concerns of this nation. Obama
wants to railroad this thing through in a strange way. The day after this thing passes we will hear once again that no one had a chance to actually
read the bill.
Making decisions of such magnitude takes time. Obama and company are up to no good and could care less about this country and its citizens. They are
out to remake this nation to their own liking. It stinks beyond Socialism and wreaks of Fascism.
If Barry is knocking out his entire scheme/power grab within his first year, what will he have in store for the remainder of his tenure?

People travel to the US from around the World to pay for top notch health care from top notch doctors. Obama's system will put an end to these
travelers and an end to quality health care as we know it. Perhaps this is part of a master plan to thin the population.
I don't want a bean counting bureaucrat telling my doctor what to do based on what is written in a desk top manual produced by committee of
congressman and accountants.
This isn't just about treatment of Illness. This is about preventative care as well. Preventative care that can head off an illness. Perhaps the
PTB will only allow mammograms and prostate exams every three years or post tumor resection MRI's every 5 years. This is a powder keg ready to
blow.

Isn't it weird that that the U.S is the only wealthy, industrialised country in the world that doesn't provide coverage for it's
inhabitants?

We have Medicare and Medicaid and hospitals that are designated as public and do not deny service to anyone. The taxpayers already bare the burden
for these people that treat the ER like a family doctor. These current systems are certainly broken and full of corruption. However, Barry's plan
to rush his plan through without any thought is outrageous. It will still be the same old system only it will get fatter and more corrupt.
My wife and I pay through the nose for the best insurance coverage that we can afford through our employer and in return we have gotten the best care
when we have needed it the most. When you add in the govt. and all of the red tape associated with it you will achieve failure.

16 thousand American Doctors support a single payer system.
Check out their website!
We live in a community. We should help each other when we really need help!
Why is that so scary to some of you?
The majority of bankruptcies in the US are health care related!
A society should be judged by how it treats "the least" among us.
Take the profit out of insurance! They are parasites nothing more with their goal of "maximizing profits" at the expense of sick and dying human
beings.
Disgusting!

Many years ago I was vacationing in Oahu and took a nasty tumble off of a moped during a blinding rain storm while riding along the road in a rural
and remote part of the Island.
A passerby who happened to be a male nurse stopped to pick me up off the side of the road and immediately recognized I would need some stitches.
He offered to take me to a hospital and asked if I had insurance or a preference as to which hospital. I said no I don’t have insurance but I have
cash and would prefer the best hospital. He replied that would be the Kaiser Permanente which if you aren’t a member of Kaiser’s Managed Health
Care Program all they would accept is a Kaiser Card or Cash.
Since I had cash he took me there and dropped me off. It was a Saturday afternoon during midget football season so I don’t have to tell you how
crowded that ER was with broken arms and legs and abrasions not to mention the usual runny noses and little old ladies who had taken falls that
day.
I mentally prepared myself for a wait that I surmised would be hours since mine were non-critical injuries and checked myself in at the admissions
desk. The smiling nurse said do you have your Kaiser Card and I said “No I have Cash” and pulled out a thick wad of tourist dollars to display to
her. “Oh” she smiled and took my information and even before I could find a place to sit in the crowded waiting room I heard my name being called.
I figured the intake nurse forgot to ask something…she did alright…”how fast is it we can separate you from your money!” they were ready to
see me that quick, ushered me right in had me stitched up and a fresh tetanus shot, paid and out the door I kid you not 25 minutes and $445.00 cash
dollars later.
There were a lot of much worse injured people who had yet to be seen in that waiting room, some of them were there for hours before I arrived and
still waiting to be seen Kaiser Managed Health Cards in hand.
Cash is king though in a capitalist society and even the doctor quipped and laughed about how and why I was getting such quick treatment.
That is institutionalized one price pays all managed health care, hurry up and wait, try not to bleed all over the place, an orderly has to clean that
up and your membership fees and dues might go up as a result.
That’s what Obama wants to give America…thanks, I will pass…point me to the cashier please.

BLAME BLAME BLAME.
No one takes responsibility anymore. NO ONE.
Not my friends, not my family, not YOU.
All I ever hear is that its everyone else's fault.
How about we grow up and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? Putting the blame on Bush only gives the new people in charge an excuse for failing as well. You do
realize that, don't you? Or maybe not. You are so fed into the hype of the media and political spin game that you are just a fool as well.
Nothing Obama does has no accountability - why? Because it is good ol' Bush's fault.
Obama is trying to put who knows how much of the health industry under government control - even against the will of the people.
But no one knows. No one cares. No one sees the problem.
There are a few things that annoy me in life. Whiners, lazy people, and those who can not suck it up and do something constructive in life - those
same people that put the blame on everyone else.
It isn't about whose fault it is. It is about moving forward and not living in the past. Why would you want to live in the past where it is all
failure?

Insurance is a joke.
What do I believe in is a saved fund that is required by all people. For example, everyone must have a 5000-10,000 dollar car savings. That money is
yours though, tax deductible, and can be withdrawn for emergencies. That fund would be built up by "car insurance" like payments, but would be
directly saved. Once you hit that limit - you can stop paying.
Same thing for health insurance. And home insurance.
Then - if anything happens and it exceeds the money you have saved, you can take a loan out of a bank, and make payments on that (it is going to have
interest of course, but you will be saving SO much more money this way).
Insurance is one of the WORST policies we have in this world. It is a DAMN joke and it pisses me off. There is nothing so upsetting to me than
insurance, because if you NEVER use it - you just gave these companies ALL that money for NOTHING in return. ZIP. NADA. ZERO. CERO.
If I ever become president - this would be one of the things I try to change...these insurance companies better become banks, or else your job is
going down the drain!
