Howdy folks ...

As some of you may know I spent almost 20 years working the plastic fantastic as a house music DJ.

Through the fortune of serendipity, I happened to start my deck filled journey in the late 80s just as house music was emerging and exploding into the club scene.

The pioneers of house music, both DJs and producers, gave birth to the Chicago House genre.

This thread is to remember and note their contributions, and go back ...

Let's begin with the biggest floor filling anthem of all.

Marshall Jefferson - Move your Body (the house music anthem)

We can also jam on a few Acid House, and plain old original house anthems.

But lets keep it really old school.
