Not sure just what exactly is going on here. I read the story and watched the video. If the trooper did have probable cause to put the E.M.T. in jail then he should have, especially after going hands on with him. In the least there should be a warrant for the E.M.T.'s arrest (if there was probable cause, I'm not up to date on Oklahoma's traffic laws). Now without the arrest, all there is, is a video showing LEO's getting into a physical altercation with another professional and not getting arrested. No matter how the public looks at it, it will frowned upon, unless facts arise at a later time that prove otherwise.
