The truly sad picture that emerges is that being at constant war with Israel has become a way of life for the Palestinians. Fatah learned and Hamas
now knows that donations and funding pours in to the tune of many millions from Europe and elsewhere, as long as they are portrayed as eternal
victims.
Grotesquely every dead child carried in arms and captured by Western media translates to another million dollars.
Tragic, wasteful, disturbing. A people who thrive on their own misery ans a means of existence.
Hamas leaders have shown no concern for their constituents who they see as disposable pawns in an international game. Iran supplies them with
weapons, training, funding. But on the condition they are at war with Israel. There is no motivation from Hamas to engineer a peace and a viable
economy for the suffering in Gaza, as their deprivation just means even more money flowing into their hands.
