U.S. Sends to Saudi Arabia Gitmo Detainee Accused of Killing American

WASHINGTON -- One of three Guantanamo Bay detainees transferred by the Obama administration to Saudi Arabia had been implicated in the murder of an American.

The detainee, Ahmed Zaid Salim Zuhair, was accused in the 1995 shooting death of William Jefferson of Camden, N.J., who was working for the United Nations at the time in Bosnia.

Zuhair was found with Jefferson's watch....

Wow, LOVELY. Here we have an Extremist who was implicated in the cold blooded murder of an American Citizen, WITHIN the United States, and yet we just handed him over to a foreign nation so that he could be "rehabilitated" and released.

Take a look at the secondary link from "The Washington Post", and notice how they make no mention whatsoever of the aforementioned issue, but they instead delve into the "International Criticism" of the Brig. The blatantly biased and partisan attitudes behind the Guantanamo Bay debate, are most certainly deceiving the American Public as to the true nature of those detained there.

This whole issue is politicized. He should have been tried in American courts instead but he gets sent to Saudi Arabia.

He was probably sent to Saudi Arabia with the explicit agreement that he will be killed or tortured after arrival. Saudi Arabia is kind of known as a place you dont want to find your self in prison.
