As soon as there is an attempt to board a NK vessel NK will fire at SK, it is the most logical course of action as NK can say it was provocative or if nothing happens in the next few days NK will test another misslie or even another underground Nuke which will prompt the UN to increase sanctions which just delays things. IMHO nothing major happens unless NK fires at someone. Once they do I expect harsh and swift action to run the NK military into the ground as quickly as possible.
