Here is another angle to the ongoing controversy over paying for digital music, stations may soon have to pay royalties to musicians in addition to songwriters. Apparently musicians are being boycotted by stations in retaliation for public support of the measure.

This sounds like an inevitable measure to offset profit losses to piracy and illegal downloads. Any opinions?

WHAT! Wow these musicians just get greedier and greedier! I wouldnt be surprised if it was U2's front man. Cant stand him personally. Arent radio stations meant to get music out so people can then decide whether or not to purchase the artists Cds? Why should radio stations have to PAY these people?! It's advertising! Greedy people like this make me sick!
