I have being thinking some more.
Actually it feels like the bell has already rung and we should have left a while ago. That it's already over.

Perhaps some of the class haven't finished all their work and we all have to stay behind in detention?

It also feels like a nightclub at the end of the night. The music stopped, the lights have come on. The bar staff are collecting glasses and washing up. But people are still sat round laughing and chatting; meanwhile the security staff are trying to encourage people to go to the cloakroom and get their coats and leave.
I feel like we are stood their with our coats on waiting for the others so we can all leave together. But when we leave they will go to another nightclub because they enjoy it so much. But we don't; we are tired, our feet ache, we have had enough of the crowds, the fights, the arguments, the drunkeness and darkness.
We just want to go home in the light as a new exciting day is dawning.

Ive been practicing "tuning into" others and i know it at some level it works because THey sense it, but today it was a errie errie feeling of something noticed me...

Anyone ever have this feeling?

Yes! -- I have had this feeling several times. Sometimes that 'something' hangs around for up to a week, and sometimes it is only a few days... but there is definately something.

I just wanted to reply to this thread again to say that I have been getting the best sleep zzz for about a week and a half now... and its fantastic, actually being able to sleep for the 'whole' night with no interuptions...

I wonder
if anybody else that answered this thread has had an improvement in sleep... Id be very interested to know, if you have the time to write

The only improvement I can say is this: I still can't get to sleep until well after midnight, however I stopped waking at all those odd times and usually get up about 7/8 ish am, so I guess that I have gotten the same hours of sleep, but just go to bed later, I don't know why that would be? Usually I needed more than 8 hours of sleep now, I am fine with the 6-8 hours.Don't understand this. Maybe age?

I can say that my sleep patterns have been altered over the last 2 months. I no longer fall asleep quickly. Frankly I smoke cannibis before I go to bed usually and that allows me to fall asleep quickly and without falling into the "thought abyss" as I call it. That is where I let everything I want to think about or need to think about come out and it can be overwhelming trying to go to sleep with that.

But the last 8 weeks or so I noticed I no longer fall asleep with ease. There are always "heavy" thoughts on my mind when I try to fall asleep.

My cousin and I share a house and we both consider ourselves to be in tune with the energies around us and how they affect us. We both seem to have physical manifestations of bad energy on our bodies. She gets random non misquito bites or her skin breaks out..

She recently told me about a dream she had while half sleep half awake. She said like never before, she experienced some other energy in her room, in her bed. She said it felt as if someone sat on the bed beside her.
The threadstarter mentioned a situation similar to this..

All these things make me think that there is some negative shift in energy going on right now and I dont know what to make of it.

This thread is very interesting and I feel that we have picked up on something big here.

My dreams are still extremely bizarre. I will share one with you and I will try to keep it brief. There was a clear, gel-like substance falling from the sky. Everyone was out in the streets, and I was trying to get a bunch of dogs in my house for shelter. No one was particularly scared but it was definitely 'eerie' and everyone was in a tizzy. Many of us were picking pieces of this substance from the air. When the wind was blowing it took on a saran wrap look. I remember pulling a piece and looking at it closely. As I was examining it I spoke out loud and said "this cannot be good". Then I started thinking about how this substance would interact with water and that seemed extremely important in the dream, as if I had stumbled on to the "answer". That's when I woke up.

Here's my similar dream that I messaged you not long after reading your original description, just thought I'd post it here for everyone to read. I also found a 'Unsolved Mysteries' segment that sounded very similar to our dreams, which I'll attach below:

I had a dream somewhat similar to yours where the gel-like substance fell from the sky. Reading your description helped me remember my version of that dream, which took place around the same time as the cocoon dream, and another which I'll share later.

This dream, since it happened 7 or 8 months ago, is a little hazy now, but I do remember the portion where stuff fell from the sky. I was in a small boat out on a lake with a few family members. I remember looking up and the sky looked ominous (there was still blue sky though with a storm cloud coming up) - I was worried about getting caught out on the water with the wind picking up. Anyway this 'stuff' started falling and blowing in the air around us, I remember calling it 'gummy-worms' in my dream, but it was a white-ish translucent substance that looked like a gummy worm while it was in the air but became sticky and like glue when it made contact with something. Also it didn't fall like it was heavy - it floated, but it felt substantial when touched. I also remember wondering what would happen when all this stuff started collecting in the water thinking that some kind of reaction might take place.

Anyway the falling substance felt like a living goo of some sort, not just a jelly...here's that video about falling goo that infected a town with some kind of sickness:

Wow I was actually about to ask someone here about this very same subject.

For the past couple of weeks now i've had some trouble sleeping because when i'm in bed I constantly get that strong urge of a "presence" you know, that feeling you get where you could swear that if you opened your eyes, you'd see someone staring at you?

I don't get that anywhere or anytime else, just when i'm trying to first go to sleep. Not if I wake up later either.

I've had similar experiences with feeling like there is a presence in my room while going to bed. The only difference is I still feel that way if I wake up through out the night....I sleep with all my doors closed in my bedroom. Because since I was child I have seen "shadow people" in my doorways when I wake up at night. I think that may be the presence I'm feeling not really sure though.

I thought I should mention this here, in other threads regarding the
Sun, any non-scientific info is not taken into consideration... apologies it's a tad off topic, but has to do with our spiritual health. I've been reading a light workers site for awhile now and this is regarding the solar activity, moon and eclipse: (keep in mind, this is channeled info, so it's at your discretion what you should take as truth):

Mother Mary:

"There will be a blast of energy from the sun”

“..there is a blending of energies that have not come here to Earth in a very long time...”

“... immediate influence of the 7th will be changing something internally in the human body and that is a relationship in the ganglia in the brain.... the sequence in which messages move in the brain... perfect the method in which the synapses work... became skewed when the brain was divided in Atlantis...”

“also make changes in the animal brain... they will have more of an awareness... be able to communicate more directly with those they call pets... we believe it will be noticeable...”

And this from Lord Metatron:

“Another step forward in the human race having more direct consciousness/awareness of their Creator..... for those on a spiritual path, these changes in the brain will bring forth a great advancement in the awareness of the relationship between human beings and their God.”
“It is a marker. A very important marker.”

“What you see in the crop circles is showing energy as it moves and there are many recent crop circles showing how the energy is coming through, how it moves, but what we are giving you is the spiritual aspect of it.”

Crop circles forecast sunspot activity at the eclipse on July 7th, changing the working of our brains

This is the latest of the patterns pointing to what awaits us on July 7th, indicating the weaving of the energies that will come to us via the CMEs on that day.

So, is this supported by any forecasts from the scientific community? As I write this, it is July 4th, 3 days from the forecast event.

Here is a recent posting from NASA science.nasa.gov about this current cycle – no reference to this event. Here’s another recent discussion about Cycle 24 - radio-sport.net. It seems everyone thinks we’re in for a quiet cycle... No talk of July 7th. Here is the forecast from NOAA - www.swpc.noaa.gov, which, admittedly is only for 3 days – nothing. Nor at spaceweather.com or at solarmonitor.org . It appears none of the mainstream forecasters are doing the kind of work we see at southfield and they clearly don’t monitor crop circles!!

So even though there was evidence on June 4th pointing to a potential event 33 days later when the spot comes around again, no-one seems to be alert to it.

Well I have the opposite of a sleep disorder, then again maybe it is one. I am usually awake either 10 hours a day or 72 hours straight. 10 hour days I sleep anywhere from 12-15 hrs. Normally I wake at 9 pm to 2am, anywhere around there.....

I'm getting that too, this started about 1 week ago with me. I fall asleep easily and now I am having trouble. I am a grown woman and I am actually scared to fall asleep because last week I was awoken to something slapping the bed. It was hard enough to wake me up and I KNOW I was not dreaming. I opened my eyes and I literally saw a shimmering see thru something or other running from the bed almost like a little kid after pulling a trick on you. It didn't have a specific shape but it was definately moving out of the door. Scared the crap out of me! I did manage to fall back to sleep after some time but every night since I am getting woke up 2 to 3 times a night and always with the feeling like something is watching me.

A few other posters mentioned anxiety. I have had to resort to taking Xanax (borrowed from my mother) as I feel like the other shoe is about to drop and I don't know why. It's all too much for words but I understand and am experiencing the same as all of you here.

I usually fall asleep around 3 or 4 in the morning, and get up about 7 or 8. I cannot fall asleep because I have too much going on in my mind. As for the sense of urgency, or anxiousness that we have been feeling...I've had that feeling for about 2 and a half years. I actually have developed a bit of a fear...not quite a phobia...just an unsettling feeling towards the sky. The phrase "something wicked this way comes," often pops into my head when it happens...so I have to go inside before I have a panic attack. The past few years I have also had some things happen to me that have changed me. I am more interested in the universe and becoming a more rounded individual all together. And then there was my unsettling experience which I do NOT want to talk about. It's why I'm on here. I'm looking for answers. Anyway, I understand what you mean.

I am going to bump this thread because I think it's important. I take comfort in the fact that so many of you are reporting anxiety. While I am not happy that you all are going thru it, I myself have been experiencing it and I was getting confused because I thought I was advancing and having the feeling of attaining a higher vibration only to be met with this panic feeling. I thought I was failing and that I wasn't really experiencing what I thought I was. I had doubt but now I have come to realize that it may be part of the "process" because that is what I feel like I am going through, a process. I feel disconnected to people and yet more intune with the earth itself. I don't feel like the people I have contact with could possibly understand. I feel like I am going through the motions with getting up, going to work and being a "good" citizen and yet I feel like I am just waiting for the else to happen and that I no longer really belong here.

Wowza! I have a great deal of catching up to do! TY everyone for posting such great info!
I am particularly interested in the "vibrational flu". From the responses I've read so far on that....well, it seems to fit in significantly!

I took myself a mini-vacation from all of my stressors, including the computer/internet! Having a few days of semi-peace helped a bit...but not nearly as much as I had hoped. Oh well! Will post my thoughts on all this later, having a great deal of pressure on my head right now. ANNOYING!

The getting up, going to work, going on a lunch break, going home... lather, rinse, repeat.. agh, it has taken such a toll on me lately. Earlier I mentioned that I left my position at work, mostly because I honest to Gosh could not make myself deal with it. I swear not long ago, I would have been fine, challenged, but fine. Now though, I guess the best way to describe it is, it's like going in and trying to decipher heiroglyphics (sp?). Just could not wrap my brain around it. So, I now am an 'on call' employee there. So, I have to move into a house share, which isnt' too bad, but have to adjust now to the money issue.

The people around me do not understand at all how I could just pick up and leave. I don't, but I do, it's just something that's calling me somewhere to do something.

win_freedom: your welcome, it is a great site!

How long do we have to feel this. I feel very sick with worry, I didn't even go to work yesterday, there seems no point.

I look at most other people now as children playing with their toys.
For 5 years I didn't see any news, but recently I have started watching it again, for the same reason I am here.
I am looking for the trigger, the spark, the clue; I have to do something important but I can't remember what it is, but something will trigger my memory ( or is it a post hypnotic suggestion? )

No kidding, that's a good way to describe it, playing with their toys. Last week at the office, the sales manager was nearly having a heart attack because we were at 59 escrows for the month of June, he wanted 60. This was his whole focus, red face and all. He looked like an alien to me. I could care less.

Hopefully our answer will arrive shortly, for all of our sakes. Weird thing, I don't feel the panic yet, or anymore. I read the posts and wait for my panic attack, but it hasn't struck yet! I am sort of living in the ethers....

I'm really beginning to wonder if there is indeed more to all of this. As I have explained, my bizarre dreams generally tend to be lucid. I've always subscribed to the idea that there are messages of some sort in our dreams. Depending on the classification of dream, the messages may greatly diverse in nature.

For example, I believe that re-occuring dreams are connected to past life memories in many cases. I think that lucid dreams are more of a distorted premonition.....although in the ways these "messages" manifest, the true cause and purpose are often never truly known.

~I hope you are all following my psychobabble here!
What I'm basically getting at is, often I feel as if I'm supposed to be having some realization...but it simply has not happened yet.
