U.S. says TARP issue out of Court's reach

The Obama Administration argued Monday that no court, including the Supreme Court, has the authority to hear a challenge by Indiana benefit plans to the role the U.S. Treasury played in the Chrysler rescue, including the use of "bailout" (TARP) funds. The Indiana debt holders, U.S. Solicitor General Elena Kagan wrote, simply have no right to raise that issue, thus putting it out of the reach of the courts.

Well, We officially have America's first dictator. If anybody can support Obama after this, then I'm at a loss for words.

I really don't know what else to say, but everybody needs to be on their p's and q's. The constitution officially doesn't mean anything anymore.

Everybody thought Bush was going to do this, but instead it was the "Hope Change" "Constitutional Scholar".

Well I hope your happy. Sorry but this really has me ticked!

Me too. This in one huge wake up call if we listen to it.(again)
The first bailout happened under bush baby, dont forget.
Try not to make it strictly an obama thing, if you all can help it.
They were going to do this regardless, and will make sure they
get away with it! And we will probably let them.
Just like some other things we speak about on here.
Just one more clue that we have no say any more,
no matter WHO'S president.
I think he is following perfectly the NWO agenda set forth long ago.
(like bush,clinton,bush 1,etc)
I just feel we were sold out a long time ago and
it doesnt really matter who the actors are now.
If ya know what I mean. You should know better anyway.
If you are not upset bro, you are not an american!
Thanks for posting!
Stars and flags!

(first thing I thought of when I read this was it sounds just
like the stuff bush used to do! Lord help us.)

Oh this is going back decades, it isn't just Obama, but he is the one up there arguing this stuff.

The Supreme court is in the tank for him too. I mean he owns this at this point. It's kind of hard not to turn this into a partisan issue, but I know it would have been the same under McCain, it's just many many people were trying to get through to the left of don't vote for Obama and they wouldn't vote for McCain.

I don't know what else to say. It's just there is no logical discourse to blame this on somebody else. But it looks like TSHTF is about to happen sooner than people imagined.

I don't know I'm just p.o.'d. And no problem this needs to be brought to everyone's attention.

Thanks for that. I am so curious to see whats going to happen in 2012.
If the country's pendulum will swing back the other way!
Man I know what you mean, I'm getting see sick from this back and forth schtick.
Do we have until 2012 or will it implode before then do ya think?
I'm just not sure, I think we are on the verge now all the time.
Anything could set it off. Natural disasters, financial collapse, etc.
The ptb need to tread lightly.IMO They dont seem to be doing that.
There are alot of disenfranchised people out there!
The trouble with a democracy, is 49% of the people get screwed everytime. Thanks again! (keep it up, enjoying your threads)

Thanks, well America being a democracy goes back the schizophrenic thread I started. We have to be a nation of laws. If we bend the laws even just a little it can all spiral out of control and we end up in a situation that we are in now.

This is amazing though. Where is the Sergeant at Arms though? You would think he has the authority to stop all this mess by arresting these people.

Your welcome. Excellent points!
I agree and think it goes even deeper.
I think it is a deep seated fear of others and unknown things.
In general. We are alot of things and afraid is high on the list.
As well as just being greedy most of the time and thinking
we need that as a society. We dont. Its a poison that we
are paying for over and over again. Yet we are in denial.
Laws are only as good as the people they are supposed to help.IMO
I better not go off on a rant here. I am po'd also.
Um, I think the sarge must be in on it too!

They're all in the tank. Every last one of them.

Yea, there are tons of problems, the first is ourselves though. Until we can fix that then there isn't any fixing anything else.

But still I expected to wake up one morning and America wouldn't be the same, hell I didn't even get to sleep I was awake while the constitution just got destroyed.

More good points! Ya know I can put up with alot.
I am easy going and compassionate. I know, what a shocker!

But the one thing I really hate? The arrogancy they show!(towards us)
I so agree, hence the name. I just think we are too neandarthal-like
to ever progress past the hate and war. We are lucky we havent
nuked ourselves actually already. Remember the bay of pigs?
I also know what you mean! Its like a bad dream you wake up to everyday.
You read more "stuff" in the paper or see the news and you cant believe it. Got destroyed quick too didn't it?
Sure all seems like its progressing along nicely for the ptb.
They just keep the peeps happy enough to not throw a fit.....

At this point I don't even know if there is a global cabal running the show. With Obama appointing all these Czars and all this stuff it honestly sounds like he is installing a shadow government.

I mean think about it. It honestly looks like he is trying to forge a NWO but there isn't anybody behind it but his campaign staff and some old heads(old recycled politicians and people in washington.)

I don't know things are not what they seem.

Two words.
Bankers manifesto.
IMO
The banks run this country(obviously) and almost always have.
Everything revolves around them.
I think Jefferson has a good quote about it I have read on here before.
I will see if I can find it and post it here.

Well there's a shocker!

Ill defend Obama when people make outrageous claims that have no basis in reality. But when he goes along with the NWO line I won't defend this man. He after all is a tool of the NWO. Does this surprise anyone?

Fine, Obama says that the bailouts are beyond the reach of the courts? Well I guess it's time as investors in these companies (and every taxpayer is) to pull out our investments.

Sorry Obama, still is our money invested in these companies, I think it's time we demand it back.

I wonder if we are the new"babylon" spoken of?
I know I'll probably get flamed for it, but some real
religious types see him as possibly the antichrist
and we are the beast!

I don't know myself, slightly outta my league
, but
it sure makes you kinda wonder dont it?
Considering its all foretold in many different prophecies,
we seem to be actually moving in that direction.
All we can do is hang on to something solid at this point.

That was the deal, he promotes the NWO, they get him elected....

It really isn't "shocking" I was just hoping our last line of checks and balances would remain intact. Apparently I was wrong.

I agree, something needs to be done, peacefully of course.

The thing I have about biblical prophecy is I wonder if it is self fulfilling in way. We could be I don't know.

I don't think Obama is the Anti-Christ though, I think he could be the false prophet.

I could get into it further, but that is an entirely different thread. I'm too tired to start it tonight, but I'll think about it tomorrow.

Then it's time to take our "investment" back. It after all is our money, we as taxpayers were forced to invest in these insolvent companies. So it's time for us to take our money back, cash out our stock in these companies.

Fine the courts won't be able to rule against them? Then I guess they won't be able to challenge a sell off of the stock that was purchased by us the American taxpayer.

Alright lets get a lawyer to write up the details. After all we do have majority vote. We just have to find a way to put it on the market.

I'm sure there are lots of people that would buy it for penny's on the dollar. At this point I'll take a huge loss.
