ChrisF231 and Destroyed: it's true that there is rather a double standard in rasism now but thats a little off topic and a complex issue... rasist is a word that is far too often at the tip of someones toungue and thrown around too much, or maybe too little when it comes to certain races. I'm not racist but have experienced this many many times.

Anyway, i have to agree that there are some valid comments in his writing, however there is an aweful lot wrong with america beneath all the wealth. This man does sound like a man out to deny change in some ways. It's easy for the rich to say that public heath care is bad, however there are many people who die needlessly simply because they can't afford a doctor or a dentist.
Again i'll say though that there are some good points. The man is portrayed as too perfect, and there is nothing perfect in this world. Percieved perfection is very scary and i do believe that this man is hiding a lot.

The highest standard of living? It is due to capitalism that there is only one style of living which does indeed have differing standards from high to low but this does not relieve its mainly rotten consequences of choiclessness and resulting suffering.

I'm not Racist. I'm very proud of that I see people as equals no matter what race if I call a black man an ass it's because he's an ass not because he is black. Your words are all to true. Everyone should show pride in their race and heritage. But not to the point of belittling anothers race. Actor John Voight who played the number one 'bad guy' in this season's '24' episodes made a speach today accusing Obama of being a false messiah.

It was kind of funny actually. Voight had played the owner of a huge mercenary outfit like Blackwater on '24' this season and was actively conspiring with an African Junta to develop biological weapons to use in a terrorist attack to bring down the President and her administation on the show. (she was a liberal but I liked her better than Obama, she had some real principals but hey they were scripted)

On the show the whole idea was to portray the administration as weak and innefective and the only thing that would protect America was a strong and constant military presence everywhere...private military and public military.

At first I was intriqued when I started watching the video that someone in Hollywood would come out calling publicly to rid the country of the scourge of Obama. He actually went that far as to say he needed to be removed from office...

But...

and here is where it gets scary...same reasoning as '24'...he went so far as to say as his primary reason was Obama is leaving Israel undefended...

What the heck? It's not a state of the union, it's not our country...why the heck should an American President be qualified first and foremost as Israel's protector?

Now I am no fan of Obama, and I was no fan of Bush, or Clinton, or Bush, or Regan, or Carter, or Ford, or Nixon, or Johnson or Kennedy and that covers my life time...

I think the corporations run the country and the President is just in the number one sales/advertising/public relations job.

What have we really had so far with Obama? Really it's just all been a continuation of Bush.

I think just about everything that's happened since the election would have happened whether it was Hillary, or Romney, or McCain, or Edwards (well except haircuts would cost more with Edwards) or Biden, or Huckabee or Rudy (I think we would have had more White House cross dressing with Rudy)...

Maybe...and it's a big maybe, had Ron Paul won election he would have actually been his own man...but he would probably already have been assissinated by now...he might end up the first Congressman killed in office at the rate he is going.

The two party system is a fraud, the people who run for the offices are frauds, and until people see that it's the corporations that are running the economy and the country, the nation is just going to keep sliding deeper into the abyss.

Do you really want to know what "Redistribution of Wealth is?"

It's not to poor black Americans or other disenfranchised minorities or the working poor!

It's a global redistribution of wealth. The wealth of American industry which is what generates wealth has been redistributed...that's what the redistribution of wealth is all about...turning emerging markets where everyone does not already have a SUV and a flat screen TV and a PC into countries whose populations now get the jobs we once had so they can go out and buy what they never could afford or have access too...buy the things that American corporations manufacture, but manufacture now overseas, and buy them with money they make working for American corporations...not here in America but overseas.

That's the actual redistribution of wealth Obama was talking about, that's what all the bailouts are about, positioning the corporations to dominate foreign markets where they can tap into billions of new consumers to make billions in profits they can no longer make in over saturated markets here.

We get to become poor now!
