holy crap! i read the exploading head syndroam one because of the funny name, and i think i actualy may have it! lol.
Sometimes when im asleep i get woken up by a sudden very strong static like shock through my whole body and find it hard to get back to sleep after,
when awake i feel terrified for a split second, before i realise it was nothing and try and get back to sleep.
I always thought it was a normal thing,lol
