Poland UFO Disclosure - Col. Grundmanem say "We lost the file"
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/f105af03670c.jpg[/atsimg]
The Polish disclosure, was the UFO file lost or stolen?
We post this with big smile and with an accent "Canada release the UFO files, Britan released the UFO files, Poland lost the UFO files..."
Many new facts about UFO data gathering in this unique disclosure interview with Col. Grundmanem, the former head of "Air Traffic, Air Force and Air Defense", who was responsible for gathering reports regarding UFOs.
The Polish air forces gather and analyze PRL reports on the pilots' meetings with unidentified flying objects. In the folder named "The Unknown" gathered dozens of reports. In the 1990's Invaluable data disappeared.

Features: Aerial encounter, heat, confrontation.
An experienced pilot was flying his Piper Cub in the vicinity of Capitan Curbelo Naval Air Base at 3:40 p.m. when a brilliant top-like object (symmetrical above and below) suddenly approached his plane head-on. The UFO about 15-20 meters in diameter, stopped about 2,000 meters away and "... rocked twice, in a balancing motion."
Rodriguez felt strong heat, so he removed his jacket and opened the aircraft windows. The UFO took off abruptly toward the sea "... at a fantastic speed," leaving a thin rapor trail.

URUGUAY: FAMILY SEES UFO OVER SANTA LUCIA
It was August 7 at 1:30 a.m. - Nico, as he is called by everyone, was returning from downtown Santa Lucia along Rodo Street on his bicycle. When Nicolas Diaz reached the railroad tracks and was about to cross them, he saw some strange lights in the field and thought they belonged to a patrol car. "I thought they were running someone down," he said.
However, when he came within 100 meters of the apparition, he found an object he had never seen before. A round structure, with lights, suspended a meter over the ground and completely silent.
Nicolas had a fright, but phoned his parents to share the experience -- and above all, so he wouldn't be dismissed as insane the next day.
From the roof of his house, the parents were able to see the UFO for some twenty minutes. "First it was still and then it started moving into the fields like this," explained the boy, making sliding gestures.
He is much more calm now, because he learned that others had already had UFO experiences in that field. "There are fishermen who work the river and have seen them."
Alien Encounter at ISLA DE LOBOS, Uruguay, 10-28-1972

UFO TYPE: CE 3
DATE: October 28, 1972
PLACE: Isla de Lobos, Uruguay
..As soon as Cpt. Fuentes started to walk toward the lighthouse, he noticed on top of the terrace some lights that shouldn’t be there. In fact, he thought first of a car, a complete impossibility, and his reaction was to return to the house and procure a pistol that he had in his room.
Carrying the pistol, he went outside again and started walking decisively but not fast toward the lighthouse, meanwhile removing the safety from the gun and cocking it. As he advanced, he noted that the object had several lights: some white, some yellowish, and a third color that he describes as violet, as in the “rainbow”.
Those lights were sufficient to allow him a good view, and he saw that a figure was next to the object and that a second was in the process of descending.
A third and taller figure started to descend almost at once, but at the same moment, the initial two figures noticed Fuentes progressing toward them. They had what appeared to Fuentes as a moment of communication, and all three of them faced him.By that time, Fuentes was at about 27 meters from the object, which, we will recall, was on the top of a 6-meter terrace. Hence, the object was above him, and he started to raise his extended arm to shoot. He was never to complete his motion, as the entities prevented him, from doing so.
Fuente, a man of limited education, tried in vain to explain to the investigators how this was accomplished. It was not telepathy, and he felt some physical effects, like a “vibration” and his hair standing on end; but more than anything else it was like a premonition, in his words like: “Don’t shoot because it is useless”. At any rate, he felt paralyzed and confused, and was unable to shoot.
The action continued rather fast: the entities reentered their craft, the tallest one first. Although Fuentes did not see steps or a handrail, he could see quite well the motion of the figures against the lights of the object, outlined by the light coming out through the open door.
He is certain that there were steps, as while the entities were climbing up with their backs toward the witness, their motions were like those of a person pulling himself up with handrails.
The door closed sideways, and the craft started to move straight up, emitting a humming sound until it reached about 45 meters, as judged by the adjacent lighthouse tower. It then tilted, belched a blinding fireball from the bottom, and disappeared in silence at a tremendous speed toward the southeast.

Interview with Colonel Ariel Sanchez, chairman of the Commission for the Reception and Investigation of UFO Reports (Cridovni)
"One of the smallest countries in South America, Uruguay is also the place where the military are more open-minded towards the UFO Phenomenon. UFO occurrences are investigated by the Uruguayan Air Force (FAU) as part of their routine activities. This interview was published in two parts in the Brazilian UFO Magazine editions 185 and 186, February and March 2012".
By A. J. Gevaerd,
Editor, Brazilian UFO Magazine
Introduction
Few people know that a small country in South America has an official office for flying saucer research as part of its Air Force. The office is continuously operating since 1979 when it was established by the president of the Republic himself. That’s right: it has been more than three decades since the Committee for the Reception and Investigation of UFO Reports (Cridovni) operates in Uruguay. Only three other similar institutions are known in the continent. These are the Center for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (CEFAA), established in Chile in 1997 and working within the country’s General Civil Aviation Office; the Office for the Investigation of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (OIFAA), in the Peruvian Air Force (FAP); and an Argentine committee created last year but still under development.
All of the examples above are generally ignored by the worldwide UFO community. Those nations have official bodies openly exploring the possible extraterrestrial origin of UFOs. The same has happened in Brazil in the 50s and the 60s, and something similar in the 70s. To uncover these initiatives and to try to make Brazilian authorities engage again in official investigations of the UFO Phenomena was some of the purposes of the campaign “UFOs: Freedom of Information Now”, released in 2004 by the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU). Its goals were the declassification of official UFO files — already achieved — as well as establishing an official body for UFO investigation in the country. Although Brazil had openly acknowledged the issue and released documents dated from 1950 to 2010, the country still misses an institution like Cridovni, CEFAA or OIFAA. In fact, it was promised back in May 2005 by Brigadier Luis Carlos da Silva Bueno, former Brazilian Air Force (FAB) commander. We still wait for the fulfillment of that promise..
