A Chameleon on MARS????

Studying to live my dream ...good for you though. First thing I ever wanted to be but probably too late now. Next life perhaps. In any case thanks for sharing.

Considering that chamelleons are specialists is disguise, I think their shape may have also evolved with that "in mind", giving them a "neutral" shape.

But you are right, it sure looks like a chamelleon.

I still think it might be a rock pretending to be a Chameleon...

I just thought it was so bizarre and oddly shaped.. had to be worth a mention.
Still does not rule out anyone adding it to the picture just to stir things up in the conspiracy corner

With so many strange shapes and so many people finding strange things, I don't think there's any need of adding things to Mars photos.

If I handed you a rock and told you it was a rock, would you ask me to prove it was a rock? Or would you just assume it was a rock because it looked like one?

If it looks like a rock, and acts like a rock, it's probably a rock. Especially on a planet covered in endless miles of dirt and rocks.

Wow. Everyone's going on about the chameleon rock.

WHAT ABOUT THE ONE WITH THE CRAP GROWING ON IT? Can we drag the sophomoric antics to a halt, and try to figure out what the second pic is? Would someone like to enhance it? Find out where it was taken? Or are we all gonna make dumb jokes about the one pic only?

I am all for ancient civilization based on mars and mars being still inhabited by Martian flora and fauna but this photo to me looks like a rock.

You have not spent enough time researching the conspiracies and theories of reality. It only sounds strange because you lack experience of the idea, the idae itself is very simple.



People may choose to kill you if you threaten something they have worked on for years. Especially if you are not in the public eye. Alex Jones would not be killed by the government for example, but Alex Jones circa 95 might have been.

If you dont agree with such ideas then fine, but they are not ridiculous or to be laughed at.

I'm going to go with a rock on this one. No disrespect, but a lot of these images that I've seen is like looking at the clouds (been said a million times before). If they were crystal clear, well that's a different story.

Hi Extralien,

Well the shape of whatever this is does look similar to a chameleon,although the abilities of the human mind to do "pattern recognition" are amazing.
Hard to know definitely what it is until you can go and poke it with a stick!!

I was more interested in what appears to look like a clam shell/folded pizza just above and to the right of your chameleon.

This is a really odd object,and I would love to hold that in my hands and check it out.
Maybe its just a rock too,or of course it could be the Pizza the chameleon ordered.

I'm serious though,check the pizza/clam out...Its interesting IMHO.
Suprised no one else has mentioned it.
