I don't need a PROOF to form an opinion. A PROOF constitutes a FACT, and when facts are known, opinions or other speculative arguments are not needed. On one side, you granted me the benefit of being entitled to an opinion, and now you deny me the benefit of having one -- all based on illogical reasoning.

There has been no argument that would rule out presence of another person in the room. On the contrary, the alleged photo of dead Carradine shows that his hands were tied. Since you can't see the type of knot used, you are free to assume that someone else could do the tying.

The circumstantial evidence can hardly rule out another person in that room, and so I have formed my opinion accordingly. In addition, Bangkok is a place known for a great opportunity for a tourist males to engage in activities that are prohibited by law elsewhere. Having said that, I don't see anything illogical in the scenario where another person was in the room with David Carradine. But I wouldn't call it a fact -- just an option.

Why don't you try to get up from your mental wheelchair and walk away from whatever seated you in it?

David Carradine, who none of us knew, is dead. Were he not a celebrity there would be no discussion of this unfortunate death.

He managed to get through 72 years doing whatever he did. We lack information, but there is some possibility he was murdered and placed in that position in an attempt to avert suspicion.

For now it looks like death through misadventure.

If so, no one was victimized. He caused his death prematurely. A very uncommon way to die. But as I mentioned, I knew someone who died from the same cause. According to his girlfriend's description, he was sitting in the Lotus position and got tangled up in the equipment he was using.

Carradine might have died in a car accident, drowned, or for one of many reasons where poor judgement is exercised.

We shouldn't use the occasion of someone well known's death in some way connected to their sexuality to feel a self-righteous superiority.

Something similar might happen to one of us some day.

How can so many of you make such ridiculous comments about what a man chooses to do with himself? You have no right to pass judgment on how someone chooses to get off, if that is indeed how he died. He was harming no one, just doing something he enjoyed. It disgusts me that people are calling him a sexual deviant and laughing at this.

Lack of blood flow to the brain heightens certain "sensations" for some individuals. It is most definitely physiological. Not my thing but I have known some that were very into it, it is not all that uncommon in some circles.

In fact it is very popular among some females as well, and most male practitioners want the effect towards the "end" and do not need it to get the process started.

People die from sex all the time. Viagra and Cialis made it even more common. I think Viagra induced heart attacks far outnumber asphyx cases! Cheated husbands and wives kill each other fairly often. People fall out windows trying to get away when someone comes home unexpectedly. It is a dangerous hobby, and that makes it all the more fun!!

It is only sad that his family has to know he died that way. I think it was great that at 72 he still had the desire and confidence to attempt such complicated sex tactics.

I for one think all sex should be open, honest, and enjoyable for all. It is as common as eating or sleeping. It is necessary for survival of our species. It is enjoyable. It is a healthy physically, and emotionally. It has been going on since the beginning of time. It is sad that many people live their whole lives "missionary" style! Branch out and explore some folks. Buy a book! Leave the blinds up once in a while! You will stay immensely younger and more flexible.
