Well no England fan could not say well done to Germany after that display...even after the disallowed goal.

Unlucky guys.....maybe next time.

England are weak

Cant believe how badly some of their passages of play have been. They should of had that goal, but no excuse for the rest of the play

Oh dear.

Looked like the English goalie was more concerned with getting out of the way of the shot than keeping it out of the net.

I'm sorry but there is something seriously wrong with our defence.

4-1

:bash: :bash:

Stupid disallowed goal could have made all the difference - kept our hopes up...after the 3rd goal, we were lost for good.

You prepare to have your dreams crushed by the heavy boot of Die Mannschaft.

Hmm, sounds sexy, I can't wait.

I hope it was good for you.

I will be putting my mustard back in the fridge. I have no need of it.

And will now cue up some Wagner.

Just be glad they didn't have goal line technology back in '66 or else you wouldn't even have your gift World Cup. Be happy with what you have.

What goes around, comes around, and all that.

You're obsessed with that goal in '66 man.

It wasn't even a goal then anyway IMO, but oh well, would have won it 3 - 2 so no big deal I guess.

But this time round it's a joke, I mean come on seriously, this is 2010, why don't we already have goal line technology so silly mistakes like that don't happen.

:shk:

Sepp Blatter = FAIL

What a load of crap, absolutely useless. Forget this disallowed goal, we got totally owned and out classed. England have had a miserable world cup, with only the French having a worse one.

Anyway time to enjoy some proper football now, maybe the England team should be taking notes.

Embarrassing display all round

Fair play to the Germans, great team. Right, time to transfer my England players of the fantasy team

This game and that game in '66 were karmic bookends. You'd be a big hypocrite if you protest this goal while not renouncing England's World Cup Championship.

At least the last time the call went your way in the Final and you got a Cup out of it. This is a measly round-of 16 game where you don't know if you would have gotten any further. Just don't cry now is all I'm saying. I'm sure you can agree with that.

Most people knew Germany would win anyway. They're just a better team, more dynamic, making plays, running, taking shots. Klose could have had another when he was all alone. The goalie made a good save on that one.

Dude, My God, Relax a little bit, Sheesh.

I already said the goal in 66' IMO wasn't a goal at all, that’s in the past, this one thought was a complete joke, It was clearly over the line and could have completely changed the game around for us, maybe even spurred on a win as we was actually playing pretty well at that time so yes, I am kinda annoyed it didn't count and we lost.............. So sue me.

Anyway goal Line technology NEEDS for future games so these kind of silly silly mistakes don’t ever happen again ...To ANY team.

Yes, our overall our performance today was weak and we deserved to lose, but There’s no getting round the fact that Lampards goal could have completely turned the game around for us.

Most people knew Germany would win anyway

Doesn't mean we can't ever be disappointed that we lost in the first place, I'm sure you was or would be disappointed if the team you was supporting went out like that as well.

Oh well though, Here's to the next world cup......Maybe THAT'S when it's supposed to be our time.

This game is also in the past. Get over it.

@woodwardjr:

Yes, they were outplayed badly. Better luck next time.

Absolutely embarrassing man..... we were Frickin' shat!!!!!

The disallowed goal could well have made all the difference but our defence was absolutely shocking.... no excuses and no shoulda woulda coulda's can change that.

We were outplayed and have been absolutely awful for the whole tournament.... we shouldn't have really made it out of the group.... we scraped through.

We clearly weren't good enough to be there.

Let's relax now and watch some good football without losing our minds and worrying about England.

Bunch of absolute tossers.... not one of those players wanted that.

If I was David James I would be seriously pissed off.... he did nothing wrong but conceded four fookin goals???

I mean WTF

Oh man.....
