Its typical England, they always seem to struggle against the underdog nations....every friggin time.


But bring on the Big Boys and England will shine ...oh yeah !!

Even our butterfingers goalie will have mastered the art of holding on to the ball by then as well !!

Same old England. Whats the matter with them? They are some of the hiighest payed individuals in the land, they play for great club teams with passion and energy, yet they stick on an england shirt and they turn into a 2nd rate championship team.

Forget our chances, we aint got a chance.

I didn't think we had a hope of winning the cup anyway.... but man, would be nice to get out the group huh?


Oh well..... I hope we pick it up and sort it out man.... we can and Must play better than that..... Granted if we had any strikers who had actually scored for England recently..... Rooney is like 4 competitive matches I think and Heskey..... F*** me.... forget about Heskey.... about 7 goals in 55 games or something...

Pissed me off how they praised him the whole game.,... Crouch would have had 2 at least....

The bookies have us at 7/1 to win the cup..... man..... I really hope this time around we will do ourselves proud.

I agree Heskey is awfull, you just knew he was going to miss that one on one.
Put it to the left of the keeper or the right. Heskey decides to drill it straight at the keeper:bnghd:

I know man.... Defoe or Crouch would have finished that.... Heskey couldn't finish his f***ing dinner.
And yeah... he set the goal up.... blah, blah.... Crouch is better at hold up play and winning aerial balls than Heskey.

Oh well.... onwards and upwards I guess..... or I hope.

Algeria 0 - 1 Slovenia

England second in the group - ni biggie. We should thrash the above two teams, they were awful.

Another goalkeeping mistake for the Slovakia goal too, maybe it is something to do with the balls? Good on Green for coming out and talking to the press, I hope he keeps his spot.

Also, why is everyone going crazy over Heskeys performance? He was solid enough but Rooney went missing for 75 minutes of the game. If that's the price we have to pay when Heskey plays then I'd rather him not play.

Hopefully we get to see Joe Cole at some point.

I think Rooney had a quiet game untill the last 10 minutes.
I liked the headline in The Sunday People Newspaper -
Yanks 1, Planks 1...

Anyway, at least ITV got more footage for their football foul up's TV programes...

Still, think they'll get into the knock out stages though. (and thats coming from a welshman!)
They just need to watch their Yellow cards, since it'll be daft if key players get a match ban etc.

The vuvuzelas drown out everything, and all supporters. They are killing the atmosphere of every game and ruining the World Cup.

I don't see any problem with the horns, it's part of the culture and everyone seems to be having fun.
