UFO captured on webcam at Los Alamos NM, Lab

This is a webcam for KOB TV in Albuquerque, it says it's at the Los Alamos National Lab, but it looks like a shopping mall to me. Anyway if you push play, it plays a 24 hour loop, and you can still see the object. Here is a pic of it and the link to the webcam.

I don't know what it is, but kinda looks like a bug on the lens might be the case, otherwise that is a crazy looking UFO.

Yeah it does kinda look like a bird that is all pixelated. Or digitally tiled.

Looks like a flock of birds like for example Starlings.
