The above link I have hoped to find for the past two years after I had first been introduced to the concept of common law. It is recently compiled, thee Holy Grail.

The link above, former cop challenges and decimates court jurisdiction through applying the principles of common law. Excellent article.

Has the system of law been hijacked? Has it been replaced by an anti-civilian/anti-freedom form of justice that simply offers little chance of fairness?

...of course it has.

Those that are conspiring the implementation of the new world order have seen to it that you will be branded a criminal, that you will pay.

"Common Law", is it the solution to regaining your freedom?

the most retarded thing about these fake courts is

they are "pretending" to be a boat on the ocean

I honestly do not see how they can keep this charade up

they are claiming they are on a boat but in reality it is on the actual land

they are delusional psychotics(the judicial system) and i think they all need to be fired and their so called "statue books" need to be burnt

then we should throw all the judges in jail

there is no way to fix something this corrupt, we can only remove it and start over

Absolutely brilliant material. I would genuinely urge anyone and everyone to read the first .pdf (ignoring by choice the religious slant if necessary). It's a bit thick in spots, but necessarily so. Even a quick glean of the document reveals absolutely frightening and enlightening information.

Hmmm, unfortunately in the document itself it states that it is entirely fiction and for entertainment purposes only. How much faith will you place in its veracity?

This work is in no way to be construed as legal advice or as a course of action. It is not written by attorneys. If the reader wants advice, he should hire an attorney. The article is presented as a work of fiction for entertainment purposes only.

LOL, if the reader wants advice he should hire an attorney.

No star. And no flag.

The criminal justice system is built on rhetoric. There must be a reasonable doubt proven, by insane logic, fallacy, and rhetoric that coerces judges and juries to interpret evidence in various ways. It's ONE person (judge) who is being swayed by two people (lawyers) to come to a decision. If not, it is a jury.

That's all!

There is no absolute verbal loophole.

There are no MAGIC WORDS.

You can not say you are not an all capital letter name any more than you can say you are under a fantasy jurisdiction.

The judge, and the lawyers DO NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR FANTASY!!!

With all due respect to the above posters, I see the document as information. I never read any mention of magic words, or any statement of it being a fictitious construct. Determining its veracity isn't hard with research.

But anyone is free to dismiss anything out of hand if they wish.

As for words, what is the law made up of? Nothing but words. How are loopholes established? Through words. What really doesn't exist are the magical powers and mythic status we associate with the courts and employees of it. These are granted.

The law is not an unchangeable structure and was never intended to be.

Anyway, I see value in understanding the underpinnings of the structure with an honest hope that I never have to get too close. How can the system work in favor of those who don't understand it?

I think the truth of that is going on all around us.

I believe the writer included that just as a health food/herbal distributor of "natural" remedies is inclined to mention they are not certified "medical".
Simply because they can be "sued", (in this crazy system).

I, for one, intend to study this issue in depth.

Yeap. It's a really good way to go to jail.

Generally a dispute or transaction is maritime if it takes place on the navigable waters or is intimately connected with navigable waters. Otherwise, not maritime law.
