Absolutely brilliant material. I would genuinely urge anyone and everyone to read the first .pdf (ignoring by choice the religious slant if necessary). It's a bit thick in spots, but necessarily so. Even a quick glean of the document reveals absolutely frightening and enlightening information.

The criminal justice system is built on rhetoric. There must be a reasonable doubt proven, by insane logic, fallacy, and rhetoric that coerces judges and juries to interpret evidence in various ways. It's ONE person (judge) who is being swayed by two people (lawyers) to come to a decision. If not, it is a jury.

That's all!

With all due respect to the above posters, I see the document as information. I never read any mention of magic words, or any statement of it being a fictitious construct. Determining its veracity isn't hard with research.

But anyone is free to dismiss anything out of hand if they wish.

As for words, what is the law made up of? Nothing but words. How are loopholes established? Through words. What really doesn't exist are the magical powers and mythic status we associate with the courts and employees of it. These are granted.

The law is not an unchangeable structure and was never intended to be.

Anyway, I see value in understanding the underpinnings of the structure with an honest hope that I never have to get too close. How can the system work in favor of those who don't understand it?

I think the truth of that is going on all around us.
