Is it just me or does it look like that creepy little face is smiling

The object was clearly at a fairly high altitude, it was nowhere near the water.

"Now, Chilean researcher Andrés Duarte publishes an excellent analysis of the Kumburgaz videos and comes to the conclusion that they must be mainly of yacht side windows reflecting light at night: Los ovnis de Kumburgaz son ventanas de lanchas."

I think you're on the right track. It's not an alien spacecraft and it's not CGI. It's a real object, but so much of it is purposely masked and hidden it's hard to make out just what the object really is. I've looked at all of my camera lenses for similarities but haven't been able to find an exact match. Some look close, but don't have all of the notches that some of the "UFO's" have. Someday someone will recognize one of the objects in the video and it will be case closed for this HOAX.
