i'm into obe's as well but i've been practicing for a week and i've only gotten to the pins and needles phase any advice on how to get to the vibrations phase or futhor?

The Robert Monroe book journey and far journeys are both great reading, and do much also to explain time and our limited concepts about time. IN the books he explains there is no point A to point B ,
A and B are happening simultaneously. Kind of hard to grasp at first. If you go to the monroe institute website you can order CD'S that will help you get closer to that point at which you can leave, its a system he invented called hemi-sync and it alignes you brain wave patterns(left and right brain functions) one of the cd's i have is called "Transition's" and is great for trying to achieve what you are talking about. I use it as a cool down method for Remote Viewing. But im still a little leary of astral travel,
