I'm trying really hard not to post something really mean here but I just don't get where your coming from in almost any post you ever make on here.

The guy has a warrant for his arrest and wont just get it over with. He is clearly on drugs or crazy or a little of both. The cops are not being mean to him at all and are trying their best to deal with the crazy without hurting him. The guy could endanger others by running off like that and causing a chase yet the cops are in the wrong to you?

1) Why couldn't they define the reason for the arrest?
2) Why did they taze him? He was already subdued!
