Is this the begining of "outsourcing" our government functions to other countries? I know at first it seems inocent but when you really look at what usually happens after a company opens up satallite offices in other nations, it starts looking real suspicious.

This could be the very start of the "Globalization" plans that are in place. First you have to start small and spoon feed the populace. Then once they are used to it you give them bigger bites. This should not be allowed to happen.
