If you're going to define terrorists attacks as requiring Muslim involvement, then what's the point. Some Christian guy just blew away an abortion doctor. Does that mean all Christians are dangerous? If you know even a single muslim person who isn't anything but a regular, normal, and kind person than your theory that they are all inherently dangerous is obviously wrong.

In the real world, it has been pointed out that no one believes your smear. Even John McCain corrected his own voters at this rally's about incorrectly and rudely asserting that Obama was a "secret muslim" and "dangerous." You continue to assert that religion is not important and this is only an "example" of his deception. You and I both know you're the one lying here. You are exploiting a pervasive stigma against Muslims, applying it to Obama and then attempting to compound the damage by asserting some sort of secretive cover up.

The title of this thread isn't "Obama Lies" but rather Obama's Muslim Roots. You don't discuss a number of subjects about which you think he lied - you are talking about him possibly being a Muslim and hiding it. You seem to think that you're revealing some deep dark secret but the American public was and continues to be well aware of the fact that his father was Muslim and went to school in Indonesia. How could anyone forget with you guys repeatedly highlighting his middle name for this purpose throughout the campaign? This was done for the exact same reason that this thread was created - a simple and obvious attempt discredit Obama by feeding on people's fear and ignorance.

Frankly, your argument style is about as intelligent and subtle as those dancing cartoon snacks they used to show at the movie theater to encourage people to go by candy and popcorn at the intermission. The only people who could possibly find what you're saying compelling would be those who are particularly naive and prone to suggestibility. I am not sure what you hope to accomplish, but it's unfortunate that Internet has been used to spread hatred in this manner. I believe in free speech but your intent is not to educate but rather to slander maliciously. I won't waste anymore time indulging this nonsense.

Well, I've always took the stance that 'they' will put in office who they want; just look at what's going on politically and it makes you wounder how in the world can any of this be really pulled off.

Just yesterday, at work having a cup of java with a few friends, the subject came up of how can some candidates actually win some seats even though DNC or RNC throws TONS of money into the campaign.

"BAH~! It's because the people vote them in!" you say. Really? Looking at some great documentaries of ballot manipulation of Bush admin of the first and 2nd round....(Obama was no different.)

This whole thing was set up years ago or so I think after doing some research awhile back. I was checking Obama`s history and found that his younger sisters name is Maya Kassandra. I thought I wonder what that means? So I googled maya and in wiki it says illusion. Then I googled kassandra, turns out there is a thing called the cassandra metaphor. Basically, in greek mythology Cassandra was cursed and given the power of foresight and could foresee the future, yet no-one would ever believe her when she told of any impending doom. It drove her crazy. Sounds like a conspiracy theorist to me.
Maybe it`s just a coincidence.

According to Obama's book, his mother was athiest by the time he was a young child.

Muslims worship a different God then the Christians. Christians worship a trinity God, which would be evil according to the Muslims. Muslims do not worship or see the divinity of Christ or the Holy Spirit.

(yes, I think he probably was, but there is no proof) and there is plenty of circumstantial evidence that he isn't Christian even though he sometimes claims to be. I think the muslim religion is evil! This thread has gotten extremely funny a group of people arguing it matters that he lied (if he did) and that this isn't something they don't like.And the other side saying its ok and either overtly or flat out saying you must be a racist either because hes black or a Muslim. Well ill say him being Muslim doesn't matter to me in the least. What does matter to me would be another politician again lying to me.Even as a society we should not make excuses why this is ok. If Americans continue to make excuses of for politicians and defend there right to lie to us,Were simply condoning the fact that our government is corrupt and were ok with that!
