to have a true OOB you must be lucid brain shut off but aware. i had about a 3.5 hour OOB on thanksgiving and then some precognitive dreams. you must first know how to properly meditate and clear your mind. i happened to do this with 200mg of trazadone to shut my brain off cuz i was full of energy but i needed to sleep seeing i was up since 2 am the night before and it was now 9pm. i had this oob experience and there where spirits with me i could hear sounds and then i heard spirits particularly this one that hates me who keeps attacking me and leaving physical wounds on me in form of blisters and rashes and bruises. if you have a direct link into your minds eye i do not recommend poisoning yourself with the trazadone because it gave me the hugest headache ever the next day, next time i try it im gonna take only 100mg or 50mg but the OOB was amazing and it wasnt my first or my last. afterward i was in a dream and i read this 1 day 26 hours and 07 minutes at the end of a book. which turns out to be friday of this year and if you say 26 hours thats 2 days and 2 hours thats also another friday so something was telling me be cautious on friday so i just stayed in bed with my headache but i find the date in hour format odd.

welcome to the thread kis, but WOW that was THE LONGEST run on sentence I have had to read in a long time........"whew" ....maybe you can try for some punctuation & capitalization of letters, in the future?

I am writing to add that all week I have seriously been drowning myself in coffee as it has been a Holiday week and all and I have been trying to be more productive, getting things done ect......
...and whilst drinking all this coffee I have been having a very busy OOBE week..........I have found that reading the Robert Monroe stuff is a really serious trigger for me

This a.m I tryed as HARD as I could try for a good 2 hours....lying in bed and deep breathing and trying MrsDurdas suggestions, and the rope technique and nothing was working for me......I had some very fun lucid dreams last night but any attempts to go OUT just woke me up....

This is becoming a day of many synchronicities. A friend left me a very excited message about APing the night before. They apparently achieved a great experience utilizing a large citrine with them during sleep. Perhaps size does matter. LOL. I think however that the full moon energies are still around at this time, so that could have helped too.

Some interesting lore on citrine:

www.crystalsandjewelry.com...

It is a stone of manifestation...general psychic awareness and spiritual development...useful for meditation...dream recall and dream work...eliminate nightmares.

Personally, I like citrine very much. It has some 'very friendly' vibes especially for the energy sensitive.

thats the EXACT type of crystal I recently purchased and have been using. In my last couple of posts where I say I have been using a crystal I am using this large citrine.....I chose it for its chakra cleansing properties......

wow MAYBE I should try and sleep with it.

It would be a pretty large lump to try and get comfy with.......

I have a quick question. Where would I go about purchasing these types of crystals? I have read many books about the healing properties of quartz and I wish to purchase some. I find them occasionally on the ground but I would love to visit a store that sells different varieties.

CPY I got mine (big ones to) at a bookstore that features 'spiritual topics'
I have seen them on Ebay for sale to but I prefer to touch a crystal so I can get one that 'calls' to me in a sense.....really pretty ones for sale online but I want to touch them personally to choose if ya know what I mean.

OMG OMG OMG I was ABDUCTED last night no joke!

I was not afraid at all however......I was like..."hmmm so THIS is what everybody is going on about WHOOPIE!!"
I was asleep in a really FUN dream and then I felt the 'pull of going out' so I came right awake, but I was OOBE and in a beam of light in my bedroom

I was being floated slowly straight up to the ceiling
I was laying horizontal as if still laying in bed but I was totally frozen and could not move anything but my eyes!!! I remember CLEARLY!!! I was not afraid....
...I was thinking ..."WOW so abductions are not ALL just physical..... they DO take people via OOBE as I have read about, how interesting!! I wonder if I get to see the aliens?? HOW EXCITING"!

I slowly rose to my ceiling and through it and out of the roof and then BLAM this is where all my memories end......nuttin more. I slept extra long this
a.m and now I am up and straight here to type. Im not dressed nor have I looked in a mirror, but I DO have a cup of coffee......
I can't tell anybody about this but you ATS folks..........as I have allot of books on the UFO subject and like to watch shows about it.....I post in the UFO forum. Nobody would believe me if I told them...they would all be like ....ya right

I did not get to see any ship or any aliens

But I know this happened.

I kinda hope it happens again, as I would like to meet other beings.

Yea I have seen a few bookshops like that here but haven't went inside. I'll have to check them out.

Yea I read your other thread on that. I can say that I think I may have been abducted too. I posted about it back when it happened 4 years or so ago on some forums. I think I might have even posted here but I would have to double check.

I too couldn't move anything but my eyes and my head slightly. But I remember bits and pieces of what happened. Well basically I only remember 2 parts of it. The first was lying on a very very cold table. The second was I could barely move my head but I managed to move it to the side and take a look at a creature if you will that resembled a gray. With the huge eyes and whatnot. It felt like it was human as well for some reason. It may have been a hybrid or this may all have been a dream.

What makes me think it wasn't a dream is the intense fear I felt after looking at this thing. Right after I stared him in the face I immediately felt this prickly tingling fear. Fear that was so extreme I have never felt something like that my entire life. I woke up in a panic and eventually I was back to normal.

This is the only instance where I thought something wasn't a dream. I am a lucid dreamer and 80+% of my dreams are lucid.

This felt real and I don't really like talking about it. I am not 100% sure it was real as hopefully it was just a dream.

Anyways just wanted to share this and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Not too sure what to make of alien abduction experiences as I've not really experienced anything personally. What did strike a chord is with the covers slowly being pulled to the end of the bed. This happens a lot with me when I'm paralysed but it usually turns into a nightmare of some sort.

Early this morning I found myself slipping in and out again just slightly like my astral body wasn't quite aligned with my physical and kept wobbling about. On one occasion, the upper half of my body was completely paralysed but I was able to move my legs.

I concentrated on projecting my upper half and I was able to astrally project no problem but the bottom half of me was just stuck and nothing was happening so I concentrated on crawling up onto my pillow and through the wall behind my bed as if I was crawling out a sleeping bag. Half of me was out on the landing and the bottom half was in my bed but slowly slivering out. I actually laughed to myself imagining if my mum walked upstairs and saw a ghost image of me wrestling about trying to climb through the wall
It took a good 30 seconds I'd say but I finally 'snapped' out and was on the landing with perfect vision. I headed straight for the landing window knowing that my alarm could go off at any time to get up for work. I went through it gettin the glassy taste and was floating about in the middle of the road trying to get any form of verification. I noticed a big jeep parked outside next doors house and I could read the number plate perfectly but it didn't make sense cos I knew they didn't own a jeep so I didn't bother willing myself back. I carried on to the corner of the street and there were 2 guys stuffing loads of fireworks into a car and then running off. I thought 'this is just stupid how am I supposed to get verification.. what's going on?'. I floated a bit away, looked back and the car exploded into flames with a massive boom. I got frustrated and couldn't be bothered any more so willed myself back noticing the slight second delay.

On returning thought about going to my window to see if the jeep was there or even if something was going on at the corner of the street but knew there wouldn't of been and besides.. this was around 10pm so I just layed there for a while waiting for my alarm to go off which was only a few minutes later.

I seem to be projecting a lot at the moment which is great but every time I go outside or downstairs. There's lots of things happening which just don't seem to make sense. Or I'll say 'hello?' and they'll say 'Hi lee' and I'm like Nooooo!..... dream or?.. bit of both perhaps.. confusing whatever is going on.

Clarky....you can CURE your 'stuck' problems by using a citrine crystal. Mine cost me like 1 UK pound.......you need to put the crystal in your hand and whirl it above your chakras.........in a clockwise motion......go round and round until it just 'feels finished'.............this gets your chakras areas spinning right and cleared up....then wash the crystal to get the bad energy off of it.......and set it away as a tool, and use it forever for this purpose.....if you have a friend who knows about your OOBE practice have them help you out here......its easier for another person to do this than to do it yourself....

I got my son to do the 'cleaning' for me while I lay down..... I have a little print out picture of the chakra areas for him to see where they are, and just had him whirl the crystal over the areas in a clockwise motion.
It worked perfectly........

Wow CPY.......................thanks for sharing that.

Hi RiverGoddess,

Per your request, I am restating here (and adding to) the material that I posted in another of your threads on astral projection.

If my understanding about astral projection does not jive with a lot of what is posted in this forum, it is simply because my opinion on this topic was formed outside of ATS, derived from my own experiences and that of other people I have counseled over the years.

I have found that techniques are useless UNLESS a channel of adequately powerful energy is given from the Other Side, enabling the soul to leave the flesh.

I've been at it since the 1980s.

It is much like those who try and train to telekinetically bend eating utensils. Most of the time, if someone can do it, that Gift is made obvious to them at an early age. As with Ehud Segev and Criss Angel.

Another insight that I have found:

The more spiritually evolved a soul becomes, the harder it is to project - outside of physical death of course.

Why?

Because of the horrendous opposition from discarnate communities or Group Entities, usually from the Fourth Plane and of the yellow auric energies.

The Seven Traditional Astral Planes & Related

The more advanced the individual, the more energy he or she can access in The Light when free of matter. When the soul is so evolved that he or she can generate more energy individually - as a Co-Creator - than any large Group Entity can collectively, then GE's everywhere feel threatened and generally strive to prevent that individual from astral projecting.

Why?

Because true Co-Creators will overshadow in energy all the Group Entities that promote false god icons. The false gods will be replaced by real ones and by The First Coming of The Original Creator. They want to hold on to their power and influence for as long as possible.

So for many years there has been and is a power struggle between the common spirits/subangels and the discarnates of basic spirituality (angels - who also deceive) in opposition to the pre-Ascended Masters.

Not just with me, but there are other people who have used HCR and have progressed to a high level, only to find themselves slammed back into their bodies violently by Group Entities whenever discarnate Saints - the sky blue energy you experienced - grants them a Gift of Astral Projection. Preventing the highly evolved from peacefully Ascending in the dream state causes the discarnate enslavers to lessen in energy, i.e., it causes them to retrogress away from The Light.

The fate of most Group Entities is to fall apart through retrogression.

Eventually, the pre-Ascended, of which there are presently dozens, will unite with The Light regardless. Group Entities strive to delay this unfoldment for as long as possible. They are doomed to fail because they cannot break Universal Law and get away with it in the Spirit. They eventually lower their soul vibrations to the most hellish of places, the First Plane where those with a Dominant Aura Color of brown reside.

All of the above can be confirmed for oneself through Spiritual Correspondence with discarnate Saints. For the applicable thread on that, go here.

Personally speaking, I have partially astral projected a number of times since the 1980s. In order for one to access The Light directly, one must be completely free of the body.

In one incident in recent years, I remember being partially out of the body and having the unique experience of not having the need to breathe.

I am one of those who suffer from allergy-related lung problems which tend to subside when I am in warm temps and especially when I am at the beach. The clean ocean air amends the problem.

Having the feeling of not having to breathe at all was a PROFOUND illumination. It's been a long time and I've been through a lot since I was up there.

On the related topic of being on the Other Side, I was born in November of 1960. Prior to that, I had a very active ministry in the Higher Realms (the Sixth and Seventh Planes). Most of us don't have any documentation of what we did before birth, in the Interlife between physical lifetimes. However, years ago discarnate Saints pointed out that there is a glimpse of ME within a Near Death Experience that occurred decades before I came into this body. I was the main Spirit Guide that Arthur Yensen communicated with during his NDE in 1932.

Note my reference to The Light as the Master-Vibration.

Hello to TRG, Clarky and all the others that have been here for quite a while. It's been a long time since I logged in to ATS but I felt it was about time to reply to Sleeper's thread in the UFO section, so I thought whilst I was on I'd check in here!

Just had a quick read and I see there have been some interesting developments - good to see you're all still at it! Myself I have stopped trying for the time being. I was quite into it at one point but couldn't commit the time do devote a regular attempt at it, so I began to feel that there was no point trying if only doing it half heartedly. I also began to question the point in trying to OOBE other than just for fun - did I really need to do it? Perhaps I should just get on with experiencing life rather than focusing on trying to unlock what happens after it?

Anyway, I suspect I'll return to trying to OOBE at some point, when I can really be 100% committed to doing it. When I've got this, I think it'll come a lot easier.

Still good to read about your experiences though - hope you're all having a great year!

A Possible Brain Area for OBE's?

Recently there has been a notable increase in the number of research articles relating to the study of out-of-body experiences (OBEs) that have been published in the mainstream literature. Most of these articles have focused on the search for the areas of the brain that may be associated with one common feature of the OBE – seeing one’s own body from a distance. The latest contribution to this search comes from a team of neurosurgeons led by Dr. Dirk De Ridder from the University Hospital of Antwerp, Belgium, and their findings are reported in a case study that was just published in the November 1 issue of the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine (De Ridder et al., 2007). Their report appears to build upon earlier brain studies related to the artificial induction of features often associated with OBEs.

The history of such studies dates back to the early 1940s, when Canadian neurosurgeon Wilder Penfield was able to induce OBE-like sensations in a female epileptic patient by electrically stimulating the right side of her brain in the area around the superior temporal gyrus, a fold along the upper surface of the temporal lobe across the way from the parietal lobe (Penfield & Erickson, 1941). The patient had the feeling of floating away and stated, “I have a queer sensation as if I am not here…As though I were half here and half not here.” Penfield’s work was rediscovered in late 2002 when Dr. Olaf Blanke and his associates at the University Hospital of Geneva, Switzerland, were able to induce similar floating sensations in a female patient being treated for complex partial epilepsy. Electrodes had been implanted into the right side of the patient’s brain around the angular gyrus, an area located at the boundary between the temporal and parietal lobes, to measure her seizures. When she was given mild electrical stimulation in this area via the electrodes, the patient reported instant feelings of “lightness” and “floating” close to the ceiling, and stated, “I see myself lying in bed, from above, but I only see my legs and lower trunk” (Blanke et al., 2002). Blanke and his associates were able to further explore OBEs, as well as the similar experience of autoscopy [1], in this patient and four other neurologic patients in a later study, finding that the patients’ experiences may be associated with damage or impairment in the area surrounding the temporal-parietal lobe junction (Blanke et al., 2004). The area around the temporal-parietal junction appears to be involved in the culling together and processing of sensory information relating to the perception and spatial orientation of one’s own body [2], and Blanke and his associates theorize that OBE-like perceptual illusions may arise from functional disruption as a result of the brain damage or impairment in this area (Blanke et al., 2004, 2005; Blanke & Mohr, 2005).

The latest case study by De Ridder et al. (2007) conceptually reproduces the work of Blanke and his associates. The study involves a 63-year-old male patient being treated for tinnitus [3] by way of electrodes implanted in the area over the temporal-parietal junction. When the right side of his brain was electrically stimulated through the electrodes, the patient experienced a sensation that gave him the impression that his self had separated from his body, moving to a location just behind and to the left of his body. He did not, however, report taking the perspective of his separated “out-of-body” self (i.e., he was still seeing his surroundings from within his own body), nor did he report seeing an image of his own body. On average, the patient’s sensation of leaving the body lasted about 17 seconds, and no changes in his state of consciousness occurred during them. Brain scans using positron-emission tomography (PET) revealed widespread activity in the area around the temporal-parietal junction, near the angular gyrus.

Although the study by De Ridder et al. does provide useful supplementary data on the function of the temporal-parietal junction, I personally think that labeling the patient’s induced sensation as an OBE is something of a misnomer. As noted, the patient did not perceive his surroundings from outside his body, nor did he report seeing his own body, suggesting that his sensations did not take on the classic structure of an OBE. The patient’s separated self was always stationary, and could not be moved voluntarily, whereas people often report being able to move about freely in their out-of-body form in natural OBEs.

Similar arguments can be made about the induced OBE-like sensation in Blanke et al.’s epileptic patients. A close look at their experiences reveals illusory features (e.g., perceiving distortions of the body and shadowy figures) that are not commonly found in natural OBEs and are more suggestive of hallucinations. Thus, the features of naturally occurring OBEs in healthy people and the OBE-like experiences in these epileptic patients can be considered different, and may not be easily comparable. Some attempt has recently been made to artificially induce similar OBE-like perceptions of the body in healthy people, although this has been through the use of virtual reality (Ehrsson, 2007; Lenggenhager et al., 2007), which again does not allow for direct comparisons. Perhaps most central of all, the findings of Blanke et al. and De Ridder et al. still cannot adequately account for ESP-related OBEs in which individuals describe people and events at a distance that are later verified as accurate (Alvarado, 2000, pp. 199 – 200; Tart, 1998), nor can they account for the successful results of studies where some aspect of the OBE was “detected” using physical and animal detectors (Morris et al., 1978; Osis & McCormick, 1980). In the case of Blanke et al., the EEG findings of Tart (1998) and others (Alvarado, 2000, pp. 189 – 190) have yet to be incorporated into their theoretical considerations as to their possible role [4]. In short, while these recent mainstream studies go a way in advancing our knowledge about brain areas involved in body perception, they still have miles to go in adequately explaining complex OBEs.

- Bryan Williams

It's good they are doing research on the subject more and more.

Hi rivergoddess, I have read your post quite a bit and came across some techniques for astral projection, don't know if it was already posted here but here is what I found:

MONROE TECHNIQUES FOR ASTRAL PROJECTION

MONROE TECHNIQUES FOR ASTRAL PROJECTION Note: After having studied many methods of Astral Projection, I havefound that this is the easiest to do. Monroe teaches these techniquesin a week, but they can be easily done in a day, with proper devotion.I feel that this technique is superior to others because it does notrequire intense visualization, which many people cannot do. enjoy!(Taken from Leaving The Body: A Complete Guide to Astral Projection,D. Scott Rogo, prentice Hall Press)One of the chief barriers people learning to project face is fear. Many are afraid that they may die, or be harmed in some way as aresult of their projection. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The Cantebury Institute, reknowned for its occult studies, executed anexperiment in projection involving over 2,000 people. None of themwere hurt in any way by this, and now, three years later, none havecomplained of any newly arising problems.Once you are aware that you cannot be harmed by projecting, you shouldbegin monroe's techniques, step by step.Step one:Relax the body. According to Monroe, "the ability to relax is thefirst prerequisite, perhaps even the first step itself" to having anOBE. (out of body experience) This includes bothe physical and mentalrelaxation. Monroe does not suggest a method of attaining thisrelaxation, although Progressive Muscle relaxation, coupled with deepbreathing exercises (inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3.... until 50 or100) are known to work well.Step two: Enter the state bordering sleep. This is known as the hypnagogicstate. Once again, Monroe doesn't recommend any method of doing this. One way is to hold your forearm up, while keeping your upper arm onthe bed, or ground. As you start to fall asleep, your arm will fall, and you will awaken again. With practice, you can learn to controlthe Hypnagogic state without using your arm. Another method is toconcentrate on an object. When other images start to enter yourthoughts, you have entered the Hypnagogic state. Passively watchthese images. This will also help you maintain this state ofnear-sleep. Monroe calls this Condition A.Step three: Deepen this state. Begin to clear your mind. observe your field ofvision through your closed eyes. Do nothing more for a while. Simplylook through your closed eyelids at the blackness in front of you. After a while, you may notice light patterns. These are simply neuraldischarges. They have no specific effect. Ignore them. When theycease, one has entered what Monroe calls Condition B. From here, onemust enter an even deeper state of relaxation which Monroe callsCondition C-- a state of such relaxation that you lose all awarenessof the body and sensory stimulation. You are almost in a void inwhich your only source of stimulation will be your own thoughts. Theideal state for leaving your body is Condition D. This is Condition Cwhen it is voluntarily induced from a rested and refreshed conditionand is not the effect of normal fatigue. To achieve Condition D,Monroe suggests that you practice entering it in the morning or aftera short nap.Step Four: Enter a state of Vibration. This is the most important part of thetechnique, and also the most vague. Many projectors have noted thesevibrations at the onset of projection. They can be experienced as amild tingling, or as is electricity is being shot through the body.Their cause is a mystery. It may actually be the astral body tryingto leave the physical one. For entering into the vibrational state,he offers the following directions: 1. Remove all jewelry or other items that might be touching your skin. (continued below)

2. Darken the room so that no light can be seen through your eyelids, but do not shut out all light. 3. Lie down with your body along a north-south axis, with your head pointed toward magnetic north. 4. Loosen all clothing, but keep covered so that you are slightly warmer than might normally be comfortable. 5. Be sure you are in a location where, and at a time when, there will be absolutely no noise to disturb you. 6. Enter a state of relaxation 7. Give yourself the mental suggestion that you will remember all that occurs during the upcoming session that will be beneficial to your well-being. Repeat this five times. 8. Proceed to breath through your helf-open mouth. 9. As you breath, concentrate on the void in front of you. 10. Select a point a foot away from your forehead, then change your point of mental reference to six feet. 11. Turn the point 90 degrees upward by drawing an imaginary line parallel to your body axis up and above your head. Focus there and reach out for the vibrations at that point and bring them back into your body.Even if you don't know what these vibrations are, you will know whenyou have achieved contact with them.Step five: Learn to control the vibrational state. Practice controlling them bymentally pushing them into your head, down to your toes, making themsurge throughout your entire body, and producing vibrational wavesfrom head to foot. To produce this wave effect, concentrate of thevibrations and mentally push a wave out of your head and guide it downyour body. Practice this until you can induce these waves on command.Once you have control of the vibrational state, you are ready to leavethe body.Step six:Begin with a partial seperation. The key here is thought control.Keep your mind firmly focused on the idea of leaving the body. Do notlet it wander. Stray thought might cause you to lose control of thestate. Now, having entered the vibrational state, begin exploring theOBE by releasing a hand or a foot of the "second body". Monroesuggests that you extend a limb until it comes in contact with afamiliar object, such as a wall near your bed. Then push it throughthe object. Return the limb by placing it back into coincidence withthe physical one, decrease the vibrational rate, and then terminatethe experiment. Lie quietly until you have fully returned to normal. This exercise will prepare you for full seperation.Step seven: Disassociate yourself from the body. Monroe suggests two methods forthis. One method is to lift out of the body. To do this, think aboutgetting lighter and lighter after entering this vibrational state.Think about how nice it would be to float upward. Keep this thoughtin mind at all costs and let no extraneous thoughts interrupt it. AnOBE will occur naturally at this point. Another method is the"Rotation method" or "roll-out" technique. When you have achieved thevibrational state, try to roll over as if you were turning over inbed. /do not attempt to roll over physically. Try to twist your bodyfrom the top and virtually roll over into your second body right outof your physical self. At this point, you will be out of the body butnext to it. Think of floating upward, and you should find yourselffloating above the body. Monroe suggets you begin with the lift-outmethod, but argues that both are equally efficacious. If, after all this, you still can't project, I recommend purchasingLeaving The Body, by R. Scott Rogo. It only costs $7.95 and containsanother eight or so techniques. Not all techniques work for everyone, but chances are you'll find one that works for you in this book. Goodluck!

I keep hearing about the legal drug salvia. Although I think the best way of achieving/experiencing OBE's is without the aid of drugs, I'm really interested in trying this just to see if the experience is anything like the OBE's I have. A few friends have tried it before and pretty much hallucinated and that's all for a few minutes. However... They've never experienced a lucid dream before let alone an OBE so for me it will be a totally different experience I imagine.

No.....I have not tryed salvia.
It sounds pretty interesting but..
..when you use mind altering drugs to produce an OOBE then you fins yourself in the astral planes in a mind altered state. The astral planes are weird enough without you being kinda stoned or high on something.........the beings of the astral realm can TELL when your messed up and they mess with you double time when your mind is not fully functioning and aware....allot of folks get super scared after astral trips brought on by mind altering substances be cause of the 'in your face' attacks the astral beings perpetrate on you when your 'altered'......

It is MUCH wiser to seek OOBE fully straight and aware........this is the only way to truly learn how to function in the astral state and bring back cognizant and clear memories.

Hi old friend remember me?
Anyway I find this most compelling because one of my first "times out" I encountered a wild dog in the forest by my house, he looked up at me and his ears went down , It may be in this thread, early. He peered up at me, and he crouched. I floated towards him and I saw his breath in the air, and I saw crystals of ice on his whiskers. he recognized me as I recognized him, as I could not control my descent, I hovered over him and floated by in an uncontrollable awkward way...he watched as I watched him..to this day it was one of the truest to life, or more so beyond true to life encounters Ive had in an OOBE. He knew I was there. He plainly saw me, he was aware of me.

For those who haven't tried salvia and are curious, my advice is hell no! I'm only 20 and tried my fair share of drugs (not proud of it.... 1 time only for everything except for marijuana) but out of them all.... salvia was EASILY the worst. I was 17 at the time but I distinctly remember thinking I was in another dimension or something. As soon as I blew the smoke out I remember feeling like I was falling, or sinking into the chair I was sitting in. After about 10 seconds or so I looked up and all my friends were laughing at me but I they sounded different and I felt like I was in ghostly form or in another dimension, it was very odd. I was trying to talk but nothing was coming out and when I tried to stand I felt like a gif. that hadn't loaded. Like my motion was being chopped in bits. Bottom line is, I wouldn't recommend it, its some scary stuff. I would rather achieve OBE's the natural way, which I hope to do in the not too distant future.
