ViRob microrobot goes inside you

ViRob is a microrobot developed by researchers from Medical Robotics Laboratory at the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion). Just one millimeter in diameter, it can crawl through blood vessels or body cavities controlled by an external magnetic field.

Well if there is any doubt about if we have the capability to place micro robots inside you then this should dispel the doubt. Makes me wonder if this is being put out to the public now then is this technology several years old now? if it is ...it makes me wonder what they have now or what may be running around in some people or all of us now.

Thought I would add this PDF from the company itself regarding the
ViRob......it would seem this was designed and built in Israel. The date of the PDF is in 2008 as well.

Very cool find, but things like this generally worry me. Not all technology is developed with our best interests in mind.
