I love this guy. Anybody who's lived in South Island will know The Wizard. He dedicates an extraordinary amount of effort into his position - Head Wizard of New Zealand.

I've met him several times, and once went back to his house for a cup of tea and a chat. He's absolutely marvelous to have a discussion with. Any doubts over his sanity are totally removed within minutes of meeting him.

Thru his unique position he has given a huge amount of help to charity and tourism.

Anyone thinking he's just there for the tourists has to go to ChCh and meet him. He's the real thing.

I live in Canada, but by the looks of it he sounds like a down to earth, harmless man, enjoying life! Good on him.
