I have a 99 dodge caravan that has a brake booster problem. There is a vaccum leak. I need to know the process for taking the booster off. Anyone have any info on this? I really appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes,you have to undo the brake lines going into the booster, then take off the mounting bolts holding the booster on. Don't worry about air getting into the line,it's a done deal and you are going to have to bleed the system anyway.

Do I have to take the intake manifold off to get to the booster? This is a 99 dodge caravan.

No,The brake booster Is located On the upper right part of your fire wall. When you raise your hood, look on the right hand side. It will have a cover that either pops off or screws off and t he fluid will be a dark color.
