Does Obama intend to give Gitmo back to Cuba

During a live FOX interview with an expert on Gitmo, the speculation became "does Obama realy want to close Gitmo in order to give it back to Cuba"? This is an interesting question. What ever obama is doing in public is never what he is actually manipulating behind the seen.

BELEM, Brazil (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Thursday urged U.S. President Barack Obama to return the military base of Guantanamo to Cuba after applauding his decision to close the prison for terrorism suspects there.

The anti-U.S. Cuba ally has tense relations with the United States and was been one of the most outspoken critics of former President George W. Bush, though he has kept open the possibility of improving ties with Obama.

"Now he should return Guantanamo and Guantanamo Bay to the Cubans because that is Cuban territory," he said in a speech at the World Social Forum in Brazil, a gathering of activists billed as an alternative to the Economic Forum of business leaders in Davos, Switzerland.

It would appear that the insane obama mandate to close gitmo may have sinister motives...The deep water port and ready base of 48 square miles could become a great ready built base to place missles.

N Korea keeps testing short range missles and testing nukes. Iran supplies the bomb making material. Obama gives Gitmo back to cuba. Instant base to start the return of the 12th mahdi..........

Even after the detention wing closes in 2010 the rest of the base will continue to remain operational as we still need it to keep a watchful eye over the Castro brothers as we still don't trust them enough to not maintain a presence there. Whoever tells you anything different is lying.
