I found this article in the weekly world news,it says.
German and American scientists have found a stone face under the polar ice,that's identical to the face on mars.

I don't know how reliable the weekly world news is but if it is true it is more then interesting!!

There was a lot more to the article i typed into yahoo weekly world news
then in the search box ( mars face)

WWN isn't even a tabloid, it's satire. It's a wind up site, it tells jokes and nothing more. They do a good jobh is why sometimes people mistake it for real news.

Technically, the article is right which is surprising and disappointing all at once

The 'face on Mars' has been identified as a mesa...there's one in Antarctica too.

My mom used to get so mad at as a kid for wasting my money on this mag, she considered it to be trash and "beneath me" as instead of reading this I could be reading something worthwhile ( and she was right ) for awhile I think she thought that I believed the stories in them lol

On a side note, I used to live a couple miles from the WWN headquarters in FL and occasionally they would have our house in an article in the background, and there is one issue I'm almost 100% sure it's me driving down a side street in one picture, I had a very distinct sticker on my side window.

It's a shame that my 15mins came from that mag lol

How can there be a face on Neptune as well seeing as the planet is a giant gas ball and doesnt have a surface? Someone explain this to me please
