Alleged NYPD sodomy victim Michael Mineo unleashes tirade over implications lawsuit is money grab

A man who says cops sodomized him with a baton erupted in anger Thursday when asked if his $220 million suit against the city is a money grab.

"I didn't ask for this to happen to me," he said. "It's humiliating. I'm a man. I was raped by four men who held me down and put a baton into my rectum. How am I supposed to feel? There is no forgiveness."

The civil complaint charges cops violated Mineo's civil rights through false arrest, excessive force and malicious prosecution.

I used always be around that area in BK
Cops were very racist but didn't engage in homosexual acts, but that was a while ago.

All in all, what the cops did was disgusting but at the same time $220Million is alot of money.

Yes that's outrageous but to play devil's advocate alot of money does set a precedence to encourage it NOT happening again.

But at the same time it's taxpayers that will end up with the bill.

He should sue them, but that amount of money is quite alot.
