The guy was a collector. He apparently collected everything he could get. Looks like he grabbed the wrong books this time. Crazy law to begin with going agains a crazy medium. Free speech issue mostly in my book even if the guy is claiming guilty. Slippery Slope it is....

That's a subgenre called hentai which is meant in the US for adults and is not sold to kids. In Japan you can buy it right on the street. A lot of it does deal with underagers and rape, I can see why they want to ban it.
