Is NK being used as bait?

Have they got just enough nukes to blow up a few cities, kill American troops in South Korea and generally get the ball rolling to drag America into another war? Wars are expensive and I'm wondering if China could have a quiet hand in this to speed up the U.S. economic break down and further stretch the U.S. military resources. Hard to defend Taiwan with everybody everywhere else. The sacrifice of some starving North Korean peasants is chump change to some Chinese generals plans.

Unless it's a nuclear exchange, a lot of reinforcements are going to be needed to repel a ground attack if the North invades the South. Anybody feel a Draft?

The war with North Korea never ended. We're still at war with them, we still shoot and kill, they still shoot and kill. So another "war" with North Korea is pretty much a guaranteed thing. Why else would Kim Jong Il have asked the United States to "Cease military operations against North Korea". For just the missile test when we had a few warships watching? I think not.
